We had Tommy Gatlin come out to look at a possible replacement of our garage door.  We decided to go with a new door and motor.  Just a note for your customers, I recommend that Tommy wear a mask for both his and your customers protection.  Also, I was told  by Tommy that we would get a 10% military discount but his invoice shows a 5% discount unless I am reading it wrong?  Otherwise, Tommy did a wonderful job. I called at 7 a.m. Customer rep. took my info and advised someone would be out between 9 and 11. Patrick called at 8:10 and stated he would arrive at 9. He and his teammate arrived almost exactly and 9 and replaced all the hardware and the opener on my 14 year old system were finished by 11. I've never heard an opener so quite. Prompt courteous service.

The garage door had quit going up and down automatically. The problem was diagnosed quickly by the technician as a user error (although he was kind enough not to put it quite that way). The lock-out button on the device had been pushed shutting down the electronic opener. The door worked as advertised, the operator just was not very wise.

$600 to replace a broken Spring seems extremely high, even with the new cables and rollers. I appreciate the quick response on the day before Thanksgiving, but I've been told I most likely paid twice as much as I should have. Would also expect a Service Technician to wear a mask to my home in this time of a pandemic, which he did not. The work was done in a timely manner and seems to be of good quality, and I was quoted a price before work was performed, however I felt I was in a no win situation since other repair companies were scheduled out for up to a week and I had to have something done right away.
