only wanted one spring replaced,had other spring replaced in December of 2020.tech mentioned $900.00 to do what he deemed necessary then cut it to like $550.00. Tech very nice guy,but said due to liability issues could not replace one spring,which made no sense to me. i paid $49.95 service fee and then had spring replaced for $160.00 the same day.

When my garage door had a serious malfunction, I remembered the sticker that was on one of the panels before we insulated it... I called on a Sunday afternoon and got scheduled for an appointment the next morning. They sent me an email stating the time of my appointment and who my technician would likely be. Their website even had pictures and bios of the techs. I then looked up their reviews and was pleased with the positive ratings. Raymond was my technician. He was courteous and professional, explained what needed repair, what didn't need repair (didn't need a new door!), estimated the cost and time involved, and quickly got to work. He said that everything he replaced would have a lifetime warranty. I watched him make all the repairs, and asked questions along the way... He was very patient and explained what he was doing. We are very happy with the repairs that were made! My garage door is working smoothly again, and is quieter than before. It should be a long time before we need any additional repairs, but if we do, I will definitely call Precision!

Josh came out explained everything to me and my options. Ended up having to order a new door instead of having mine fixed but it was the better option considering the current door is from 1991 and has been worked on many times. I called Precision because I had used them previously and was very pleased with their work. The doors vibrated very badly (30 years old). Patrick quickly assessed the problem and recommended changing out all moving parts. He overhauled both doors in a couple of hours. Now they operate very smoothly and quietly. I had light coming under my garage door when it was closed. I checked the Mint Magazine to see if there was a coupon to use for garage door repair. I called Precision Door Service and they were so nice, came out within an hour's time, checked my door and found it needed repairs, did them then and was all done within a short amount of time. We had Tommy Gatlin come out to look at a possible replacement of our garage door.  We decided to go with a new door and motor.  Just a note for your customers, I recommend that Tommy wear a mask for both his and your customers protection.  Also, I was told  by Tommy that we would get a 10% military discount but his invoice shows a 5% discount unless I am reading it wrong?  Otherwise, Tommy did a wonderful job.
