I woke up Sunday morning with two broken garage door springs and the car was locked inside with the door too heavy to lift manually. Michael with Precision Door of Knoxville came out within an hour of calling the emergency line. He offered different options for fixing the door and estimates for each option. From first call to completion took 2 and 1/2 hours all on a Sunday morning. That is truly 5 star service.

Great service. They basically rebuilt a 3 year old garage door that was improperly installed by another company. Did in in about 1/2 a day and gave me a lifetime warranty on their work. Friendly and efficient staff. Highly satisfied.

Two professional, polite men came to replace the two damaged panels on my garage door. One was named Jon; I did not get the name of the other gentleman. They came within the time they said they would. They wasted no time. The door looks good as new, and works smoothly. The price was very reasonable.

I’ve used Precision once before and I have to say that the response time and the level of service are unmatched. I had an electronic glitch that basically froze my garage door in the up position. I tried troubleshooting it myself but I was pressed for time so I called Precision. They had a technician out within an hour and he had it fixed and working again within minutes. Really appreciate the great service!

Are you kidding? The guys showed up and never attempted to get my door working. Their only solution was new track and a new door. Never made any effort to adjust the door, just said you need a new door. Also, complained about the type of opener I had. I called Farmer and their guy made a few minor adjustments and the door works fine. I felt like Precision was just trying to sell me something.

I had a power outage at my house & when power was restored I made a stupid mistake & broke my garage door. I called & within 15 minutes of my call a repairman named Raymond called me & was on his way to my house to help me. He was very nice & professional. He fixed my garage door promptly. Called at 7:44 this morning and was pleasantly surprised that Alex and Michael were available at 9AM to repair a broken spring. They were able replace several parts and repair the door -- almost better than new! Guys were very professional, pleasant and cleaned everything up bedore they left.

I called Precision Door about a broken garage door and they had a crew at my house within an hour. The technicians were courteous and professional and diagnosed the situation quickly. Since my door was about 30 years the mechanical parts needed replacement. The technicians replaced all parts and adjusted the door to excellent working order. Great job!! I am so impressed by the service I received. I called Monday morning about 8 am and Josh was here by 10. My garage door was 30 years old. Josh gave me options for repair or replace. I replaced the old unit. Before when the door opened or closed, it made a loud sound. Now It is so quiet that I can't believe it is working. But it is. I would recommend you to everyone!

New belt driven garage door opener installed with keypad. Our installer, Patrick, could not have been nicer to work with - well informed, communicated well, patient with our questions, and handled the entire job with ease. He then explained how the system all worked and made maintenance recommendations. My torsion spring broke at 11:15 pm and I called Precision Overhead Garage around midnight to get this repaired as soon as possible. I got a 9am appt the same day...Raymond called me about 20 minutes out and arrived as scheduled. He looked at everything and explained to me what was wrong with my garage door and recommended a total overhaul since it was about 20 years old. I agreed to the overhaul and was amazed Raymond completed it in about an hour. Our door has never opened and closed so quietly and smoothly. Thanks for the quick response and outstanding work by Raymond!

I requested service for a malfunctioning remote control system. I then agreed to a complete overhaul of my 40 year old garage door, replacing springs, rollers and cables. I am impressed with the service provided. The repairman showed up about 30 minutes after I called and was done within an hour. It was pricey but I can't say enough about the service provided. Only giving 4 stars because it was pricey and I was unable to print the discount coupon on the website.
