Our technician did great work! He walked in and knew what the problem was and immediately quoted us and fixed the door. From the first phone call until everything was complete, it was only 2 hours. I’m sure we paid some extra, it being a weekend, but it was worth the cost.

Patrick was very thorough in checking my door. He tried to get my remote working. It seems that my door’s receiver had died. He quickly put on a new receiver and everything worked fine. Very quickly and easily. Thanks so very much.

This was a referral from a friend. I have not seen any advertisements. Josh did an outstanding job helping me make the right decision! He is professional, friendly and articulate. He had all the necessary components in his truck. After installing the garage door opener he took me through the product information and user manual. I couldn’t be happier with Josh and Precision!

One of our garage door springs broke at the start of the day locking our cars inside. I called Precision and was offered an appointment during the next two hours. To my astonishment, James arrived in less than half an hour to effect the repairs. He assessed the situation carefully then gave me a thorough recommendation of the optimal solution to the problem -- a recommendation I happily accepted. Fast, polite and efficient service from James. I would happily recommend Precision to anyone needing quality, expeditious repairs.

I have used Precision before. So, when our garage door would not open over the weekend, I called them for help. Patrick arrived on time on Monday & discovered the door opener had a broken belt. After discussing options, it was decided to simply replace the belt on the opener. Patrick was prompt, courteous & did a great job! I would highly recommend Precision & I thank Patrick for the good job.

This is one of the few garage door companies that are open 7 days a week. Josh came out the same day on a weekend and did a good job quickly. He is very knowledgeable about the industry too. I will keep the phone number handy for the rental houses.

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Gagrage Door Service. My spring broke on a Saturday morning. I tried to call two of the bigger names in the garage door business. Neither was available to even take a call on a Saturday. Precision answered my call right away and scheduled an appointment for 2 hours later. I was fully expecting to wait several days for the repair. Michael was my service tech. He called and re-scheduled his arrival 15 minutes earlier than the 2 hour window that was scheduled on the call. His truck was equiped with everything he needed to fix my door. He gave me the option to replace only the broken spring but he recommended replacing some of the other 44-year old hardware. I asked about replacing the whole door and he recommended keeping the existing door to save money. No upsell pressure - some refreshing honesty. Michael was a profesional. He fabricated some custom brackets for my old door and showed me the worn hardware that he removed. My door works great 4 hours after it broke on a Saturday. Thanks Precision and Michael
