I don't know about you all but customer service means EVERYTHING to me. From the moment I walked in to Precision and spoke with Scott, I never considered going anywhere else. Unlike some people, I did my homework and researched numerous garage door companies. Precision was "hands down" the best. Great customer service, great quality, and great price. The installation of my new garage doors was almost immediate and the technician, Nick, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and prompt. Called for a service call and was scheduled for the same day. Technician, Robert showed up at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I thought I had a broken cable which actually turned out to be a broken spring. Spring was replaced and he verified door was working as expected. Definitely would recommend Precision Doors for any garage door problems. Great job Robert. I enjoyed our conversation.

When you need a repairman, it always seems to happen during the weekend or a holiday. As my luck would have it, my garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon 12/14/2019 and my wife was out Christmas shopping. I called several numbers and was told they were closed. I then called Precision Door and was able to talk with a very nice lady that took my information and said a repairman would be there within a couple of hours. Within 30 minutes I received a call and the repairman was on his way. My door was repaired by Roger and I was very happy with the service and price I received. I would highly recommend you consider Precision Door to repair your garage door anytime.

When my home was built 12 years ago they installed the door for me. i have always had good and quick service from them. I accidentally hit the door yesterday and damaged 3 panels. When I called immediately they were very helpful. Dorian came and was very helpful. he took care of ordering a new door for me and I am hoping it will arrive and be installed quickly. The first three numbers I called resulted in answering machines. Precision was phone call number 4 and had a technician at my house within 30min of our conversation. I could see right away that Alex was mortified by my antiquated garage door system but he set about repairing it anyway. He got it operational but also gave me a quote for new doors, at my request. The reason I didn't call them first was because I thought they would be expensive. They weren't, and you know what they say, just do it right the first time.
