Our door was in need of an overhaul, the tech, Chris came in showed me what all was wrong with our door from another company in town that did not care about the quality of their work, got us fixed up in no time at all!! Highly recommend!!

I thought the price for the repair was steep, but I needed the door working and so many positive reviews could not be wrong, right? Later I decided to some search on the internet. Basically I was charged 20% over the most expensive price estimates I could find. The invoice list all the parts that were replaced, but does not include their price, nor the price for the labor, just the total price charged. Not transparent, to say the least. It was my fault, I should have done my due diligence before calling them. Will not happen again.

We purchased a new torsion system for opening our garage door. Chuck was courteous, knowledgeable, and timely in the installation. He also helped us with questions about other products we wish to purchase in the future. The work was completed the same day I called. Professionalism was excellent!

We concluded that a new door opener was necessary, which he was able to install immediately. The new opener is a great improvement over the 24 year-old one! Thank you for scheduling and responding to my residence for a repair to one of my garage doors. Robert arrived, gave me a good estimate on replacing my garage door opener, had the needed parts and motor on his service truck, started the work on it, and finished the job in less time than he had estimated. The older motor was loud when it was working, but with the new motor and hardware that Robert installed, you have to be looking at the door going up and down to know that it is moving. Thanks Robert for a job well done !

James came out and repaired my garage door within hours of my calling Precision Door. He had the needed supplies to repair the door and did so in less than 30 minutes. My door was operational but would not last for years, so I purchased a new door. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The spring on our garage door broke and was unusable. I contacted Precision on Sunday and they were able to schedule us for the next day. Their employee was prompt and I received a thorough explanation as to what needed to be done as well as pricing up front. We are very satisfied with the service we received!

I literally could not believe the service. We came home from a trip to a door that wouldn’t open. A quick look revealed a broken spring. I found precision through a google search and based on reviews gave them a call. This was around 1145am, the person who took my call said an appointment was open between 1&3pm so I took it. The technician called at 1245 to say he was on his way and arrived literally at 100 sharp. He inspected door thoroughly and explained a lack of maintenance (my fault) had allowed the door to get in pretty rough shape. He replaced broken springs, all rollers and cables, thoroughly lubricated all moving parts, and adjusted the whole unit. It wasn’t this quiet the day it was installed 11 years ago. The tech was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The job was completed by 230pm, I just never expect that kind of service these days.

We were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the service we received from Precision Door Service. We called at 7:30 AM and Patrick was at our house in a Precision marked truck by 9 AM. He assessed our door issues, gave us a quoted option of repair (with a 5 year warranty) to be done that day or replacement ( with a 1 year warranty) that would take 3 weeks to be delivered. We chose repair, including reinforcing the 19 year old door. The repair was done in 2 hours!. It's like having a brand new garage door. So quite and smooth running. We chose Precision on the basis of a friend's referral and their 5 star rating on Google. We will not hesitate to refer them whenever we can. They gave us speedy service and piece of mind. (You never realize how important a garage door is until you have one stuck have way down and night is fast approaching. ) THANK YOU Patrick and Precision for making our lives safer and easier.

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone in the Knoxville area. My 13-year-old opener was failing and had become unreliable. I decided to replace it rather than repair. I contacted Precision and in less than two hours Josh (technician) arrived. In a little over an hour he had finished installing the new opener, backup battery, remote, and outside keypad, and two remotes. He also showed me how to program the keypad and my car's Homelink remote. His work was very professional and there was no mess to clean up when he finished.
