Quick appointment. Called about 3:30 on Monday and Justin was here b4 9a on Tuesday. Justin was very professional only took about 30 to 40 minutes to replace the overhead motor. Programed 2 vehicles and he was gone. Madison was very helpful and polite and has us scheduled quickly.

My garage door broke on a Saturday night . I was not able to repair it by myself so I ended up crossing my fingers and called a company to see if they could help me the following Monday about 10:30 am . I had decided to try Precision Garage Door Service of Knoxville because of the reviews and a recommendation from a friend . Am I glad I did ! From the phone call until the job was finished , it was a wonderful experience . The lady told me what would take place , and that's what happened . The young man that came out was very , very good at his job . I enjoyed watching someone work when they know what their doing . Needless to say who I will call next time I need my garage doors repaired or who I will recommend to anyone else . Precision Door Service was amazing. My brilliant husband tore up our garage door when he got a broom stuck in it which bent it all out of place. My husband then proceeded to try and fix it by doing more damage (wives you know how that is); however, we called Precision Door Service on the fourth of July, and they came right out and fixed it as good as new in just a few minutes. If it weren't for Precision Door Service, we wouldn't have been able to get the garage door open at all which meant that we couldn't get our grill out of the garage, and we were signed up to grill hamburgers for our entire neighborhood for a fourth of July celebration. Thanks Precision Door Service for saving the day and the holiday.

Came home Friday night and closed garage door and heard a boom! Called Precision at 7:30 PM and scheduled a Saturday service call. Unbelievable I received service the next day. Had a car trapped in the garage and door would not open. Technician came out , did a quick assessment and quoted me a price ( very reasonable). Door fixed Saturday afternoon. I am very impressed. Tommy gave us an estimate for two new garage doors and the whole package deal. We paid exactly what he estimated and he was very informative and professional, did not pay any extra. Took three weeks for the doors to come in then doors were installed by Jon and Adam. It took about three hours to install. Then the guys explained how everything worked and answered all of our questions with ease. It was a great experience! I highly recommend Precision Garage doors if you are looking for great looking garage doors and peace of mind for getting a job done right and at the price they said it was going to be.
