I am impressed with the service provided. The repairman showed up about 30 minutes after I called and was done within an hour. It was pricey but I can't say enough about the service provided. Only giving 4 stars because it was pricey and I was unable to print the discount coupon on the website.

We have run into problems with our door a couple of times in 20 yrs. We found Precision Service the first time and were very pleased with the quality of work and the repair done. Patrick came to our home on Monday to inspect a broken spring. He did a thorough assessment, found other areas that were either broken as well or close to a breaking point. He did an AMAZING job. I would definitely recommend using Precision Door Service. They installed my new garage door actually ahead of the time they had told me. Nathan and Tom were very professional and courteous. They were very pleasant and friendly to work with. I am very pleased with the product. They gave good instructions on how to take care of the door and how to maintain the product. I will definitely use them again when I need their services.

I chose Precision because the company I bought my door from (Farmer garage door company) 10 years ago, did not service doors on weekends (no one would answer my phone messages from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning). The spring system that came with my door broke and wouldn't allow me to open the door. Without hesitating, the Precision technician said he would need to replace the entire spring system. I was shocked to hear his estimate came to $698. Number one, the material should not have cost more than $300, and the labor for 1.5 man hours @ $100 per hour would have been $150, total for parts and labor = $450, a much more tolerable total cost.

only wanted one spring replaced,had other spring replaced in December of 2020.tech mentioned $900.00 to do what he deemed necessary then cut it to like $550.00. Tech very nice guy,but said due to liability issues could not replace one spring,which made no sense to me. i paid $49.95 service fee and then had spring replaced for $160.00 the same day.

When my garage door had a serious malfunction, I remembered the sticker that was on one of the panels before we insulated it... I called on a Sunday afternoon and got scheduled for an appointment the next morning. They sent me an email stating the time of my appointment and who my technician would likely be. Their website even had pictures and bios of the techs. I then looked up their reviews and was pleased with the positive ratings. Raymond was my technician. He was courteous and professional, explained what needed repair, what didn't need repair (didn't need a new door!), estimated the cost and time involved, and quickly got to work. He said that everything he replaced would have a lifetime warranty. I watched him make all the repairs, and asked questions along the way... He was very patient and explained what he was doing. We are very happy with the repairs that were made! My garage door is working smoothly again, and is quieter than before. It should be a long time before we need any additional repairs, but if we do, I will definitely call Precision!

Josh came out explained everything to me and my options. Ended up having to order a new door instead of having mine fixed but it was the better option considering the current door is from 1991 and has been worked on many times. He was super nice and very professional. I cannot wait for my new door to be installed.

I requested service for a malfunctioning remote control system. I then agreed to a complete overhaul of my 40 year old garage door, replacing springs, rollers and cables. The door now operates as good as new. Alex Damon and Dan Wells were prompt, personable, professional, polite and proficient. Couldn't have asked for better service.
