I have used Precision in the past & have always been pleased with their services. I was even more pleased with my most recent call. I had a power outage at my house & when power was restored I made a stupid mistake & broke my garage door. I called & within 15 minutes of my call a repairman named Raymond called me & was on his way to my house to help me. He was very nice & professional. He fixed my garage door promptly. This company is the best! Thank you for incredible service!

Called at 7:44 this morning and was pleasantly surprised that Alex and Michael were available at 9AM to repair a broken spring. They were able replace several parts and repair the door -- almost better than new! Guys were very professional, pleasant and cleaned everything up bedore they left.

I called Precision Door about a broken garage door and they had a crew at my house within an hour. The technicians were courteous and professional and diagnosed the situation quickly. Since my door was about 30 years the mechanical parts needed replacement. The technicians replaced all parts and adjusted the door to excellent working order. Great job!! I would recommend them to anyone who has a garage door problem.

I am so impressed by the service I received. I called Monday morning about 8 am and Josh was here by 10. My garage door was 30 years old. Josh gave me options for repair or replace. I replaced the old unit. Before when the door opened or closed, it made a loud sound. Now It is so quiet that I can't believe it is working. But it is. I would recommend you to everyone!

New belt driven garage door opener installed with keypad. Our installer, Patrick, could not have been nicer to work with - well informed, communicated well, patient with our questions, and handled the entire job with ease. He then explained how the system all worked and made maintenance recommendations. Our family has used Precision in the past and they have always done an outstanding job and we would definitely recommend their company.

My torsion spring broke at 11:15 pm and I called Precision Overhead Garage around midnight to get this repaired as soon as possible. I got a 9am appt the same day...Raymond called me about 20 minutes out and arrived as scheduled. He looked at everything and explained to me what was wrong with my garage door and recommended a total overhaul since it was about 20 years old. I agreed to the overhaul and was amazed Raymond completed it in about an hour. Our door has never opened and closed so quietly and smoothly. Thanks for the quick response and outstanding work by Raymond!

I requested service for a malfunctioning remote control system. I then agreed to a complete overhaul of my 40 year old garage door, replacing springs, rollers and cables. I am impressed with the service provided. The repairman showed up about 30 minutes after I called and was done within an hour. It was pricey but I can't say enough about the service provided. Only giving 4 stars because it was pricey and I was unable to print the discount coupon on the website.

Patrick came to our home on Monday to inspect a broken spring. He did a thorough assessment, found other areas that were either broken as well or close to a breaking point. He did an AMAZING job. I would definitely recommend using Precision Door Service. They installed my new garage door actually ahead of the time they had told me. Nathan and Tom were very professional and courteous. They were very pleasant and friendly to work with. I am very pleased with the product. They gave good instructions on how to take care of the door and how to maintain the product. I will definitely use them again when I need their services.

I chose Precision because the company I bought my door from (Farmer garage door company) 10 years ago, did not service doors on weekends (no one would answer my phone messages from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning). The spring system that came with my door broke and wouldn't allow me to open the door. Without hesitating, the Precision technician said he would need to replace the entire spring system. I was shocked to hear his estimate came to $698. Number one, the material should not have cost more than $300, and the labor for 1.5 man hours @ $100 per hour would have been $150, total for parts and labor = $450, a much more tolerable total cost.
