Think s is our first time using Precision but it won’t be the last! Garage motor and chain decided it had enough and broke. So we called Precision @ 3:05pm and Derek and Matt arrived by 4:15pm. They were very courteous and professional in explaining what needed to be done. We always read reviews on the companies we use in our area to help determine their reputation and reliability. Precision did not disappoint! They were punctual, knowledgeable,professional and courteous. Derek and Matt we also greatly appreciate you taking the time to clean up and take away the trashed pieces. The company definitely stood up to the 5 star reviews and would definitely recommend Precision. They will be our go to for future garage door issues!

Service rep was very helpful with programing my stubborn remote for the garage door. He also programed my car remote to work as a backup. He lubricated the rollers and other parts of the door to eliminate a lot of the noise. 27 year old garage door now opens a lot smoother.

I think the repair was expensive but i had no choice. Either replace a rusty spring or risk possible injury or more expense at a later date. The repair man did an excellent job in a timely manner. I wish he could have had the weather stripping on his truck to finish the repair but I will do that myself at a later date. Suggestion to the company: start carrying the weather strips.

The keypad garage door opener had stopped working and didn't work even with new batteries. I called Precision because I have used them before. The technician came the very day I called, quickly identified the problem (the keypad opener had gone bad), and installed a new opener. He was very pleasant and took less than fifteen minutes.

The professional who did our job is excellent and very friendly. He was PERFECT! Give him an award. We are vey happy with the quick response and quick repair, but we think the cost is extremely high for the parts. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that, and I'm sure that's how you make all your money!! Best wishes to you all. We hope we never need to use you again for our garage door, but if we do need you, you're first on our list.

Travis performed my annual service, then remained to show me how to disengage the door for manual lift. When he saw I had to bend quite far to lift the door, he spent a few extra minutes to install a second “handle” a foot higher. Excellent customer service!

I knew our old garage doors needed significant work, so I called Precision this morning, and was scheduled for an appointment this afternoon. Patrick and Hayden arrived early in the afternoon and after assessing the situation, they explained what they recommended and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work and within a couple of hours, it was done. I was amazed at the improvement, and am very pleased with their work.

A couple of bolts came out of our opener, which was installed about a year ago by Precision. Called this morning, was given an arrival time window. Justin (the original installer by the way) called and arrived in the stated time window. Had the opener running smoothly again within 5 minutes. Outstanding!

I used Precision when I lived in Fort Myers, Florida. I got great service there in the Sunshine State. So when my GD would not close properly here in Knoxville, I called them, and came out at my own schedule, and did all they could to check its programming and etc. I had to have a new Motor installed, as the other was a 2005, and decided it did not want to work. I had great Techs, and worked fast, explained how to use my upgraded Door remote and all its features. My Cost was 773.00.

Precision sent a very young tech out who told me because my garage door had an older spring type mechanism that it could not be repaired and the only thing they could do would be to replace it with a torsion style opener. I declined and he charged me $49.99 for the house call. I then called a different company and their tech brought a new spring kit, changed out both springs and all pulleys, greased, oiled, and adjusted the door and charged me half of what Precision had quoted. He also told me that there was not enough head space above my door to install a torsion system. The only reason i'm giving one star is that there is nothing lower. It's a shame that I was charged for no service.

I needed to replace the seal at the bottom of my garage door. Derek took care of it right away and checked some other things while he was here. I had him leave a sticker on the door if I ever needed to call them again. He was a really nice guy.

Had a broken spring on garage door. Couldn’t raise door. Came out same day and fixed. Pleasant young man did a knowledgeable job fixing it. Would call them again if a problem comes up.

I called Precision at 8:15AM and they had a technician here by 9AM. Justin called me 10 minutes prior to arrival, just like Stephanie had said he would. He fixed the door in 45 minutes! He gave me 3 quotes and allowed me to choose.. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service! Great service, great price for the service!

I called first thing this morning to have my opener repaired. I was told a window of 11am to1pm. The repair crew promptly arrived around 11:am, changed the opener head, and controls, adjusted the photo eyes and lubed the door and springs. I don't remember their names but they were prompt, courteous, and had a good work ethic. I definitely recommend them.
