Jon Warwick is Mr. Personality. His calm, friendly demeanor put me at ease. His ability to clearly explain the problem with my garage doors instilled confidence. With speed, Jon installed two garage door openers and refurbished component parts. I cannot recommend Jon enough. Precision Door Service is at the top of my list to call again.

I was happy and grateful that they were open the day after Thanksgiving. The young man, I can't remember his name arrived in less than an hour. As an older, single woman, I have to be able to depend on my garage door working. He was very nice, explained things to me, showed me how to work everything, and was just very nice.

Great service. Justin was here on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and provided an estimate within minutes. Performed the repairs on the spot. Very knowledgeable on my type of doors and they are better than new now. Seems the builder left some critical parts off to save time and money. Justin spotted it right off. Definitely recommend these guys and will use them again if need be.

Precision was chosen because I had such excellent service from them at my last house. Now, new residence, but old garage door motor at this abode. It was sporadically working. I called Precision and someone came almost immediately and that someone was very special. He examined the motor, door and everything connected. WOW, who does that any more? He gave me a cost estimate and it was very near the last door motor I purchased perhaps three years ago. WOW, that doesn't happen anymore either. At 78, I'm taking my time deciding what to do next. (Everything takes longer at this age.) If I decide to buy a new motor, I will DEFINITELY buy from Precision. I will also request Mat do the installation. I'm telling you, he was such a nice young man.

I was very satisfied with the quick response and service. The technician was personable and explained the whole process. He, I believe his name was Derrick, completed the job in a timely manner. Would recommend Precision!

A+++++ Service!! I originally thought I needed to replace an 18 year old garage door opener and the door itself which would have run into quite a lot of money. The person who came out to give me a quote thought I would be better off having some repairs made. Within an hour after the salesman left, a technician was at my house and repairs were made in about 45 minutes at a much lower cost than a replacement. I would highly recommend this company.

Think s is our first time using Precision but it won’t be the last! Garage motor and chain decided it had enough and broke. So we called Precision @ 3:05pm and Derek and Matt arrived by 4:15pm. They were very courteous and professional in explaining what needed to be done. We always read reviews on the companies we use in our area to help determine their reputation and reliability. Precision did not disappoint! They were punctual, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Derek and Matt we also greatly appreciate you taking the time to clean up and take away the trashed pieces. The company definitely stood up to the 5 star reviews and would definitely recommend Precision. They will be our go to for future garage door issues!

Service rep was very helpful with programing my stubborn remote for the garage door. He also programed my car remote to work as a backup. He lubricated the rollers and other parts of the door to eliminate a lot of the noise. 27 year old garage door now opens a lot smoother.

Prompt appointment made and follow-up was on time. Tommy actually called me that he was available earlier which worked out great. The repair estimate was complete in minutes with a target repair date set much earlier than I expected. Precision is my garage door service team going forward.

I think the repair was expensive but i had no choice. Either replace a rusty spring or risk possible injury or more expense at a later date. The repair man did an excellent job in a timely manner. I wish he could have had the weather stripping on his truck to finish the repair but I will do that myself at a later date. Suggestion to the company: start carrying the weather strips.

The keypad garage door opener had stopped working and didn't work even with new batteries. I called Precision because I have used them before. The technician came the very day I called, quickly identified the problem (the keypad opener had gone bad), and installed a new opener. He was very pleasant and took less than fifteen minutes.

The professional who did our job is excellent and very friendly. He was PERFECT! Give him an award. We are vey happy with the quick response and quick repair, but we think the cost is extremely high for the parts. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that, and I'm sure that's how you make all your money!! Best wishes to you all. We hope we never need to use you again for our garage door, but if we do need you, you're first on our list.

We are extremely pleased with Precision Door Service. They were prompt in coming to check our door when it broke. They gave me options to repair or replace the door. Due to the age of our old door we decided to have it replaced. The installation of the new door was perfect. Adam and John W were tremendous. They were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Precision Door and in particular Adam and John W

Travis performed my annual service, then remained to show me how to disengage the door for manual lift. When he saw I had to bend quite far to lift the door, he spent a few extra minutes to install a second “handle” a foot higher. Excellent customer service!

I knew our old garage doors needed significant work, so I called Precision this morning, and was scheduled for an appointment this afternoon. Patrick and Hayden arrived early in the afternoon and after assessing the situation, they explained what they recommended and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work and within a couple of hours, it was done. I was amazed at the improvement, and am very pleased with their work.

A couple of bolts came out of our opener, which was installed about a year ago by Precision. Called this morning, was given an arrival time window. Justin (the original installer by the way) called and arrived in the stated time window. Had the opener running smoothly again within 5 minutes. Outstanding!

I used Precision when I lived in Fort Myers, Florida. I got great service there in the Sunshine State. So when my GD would not close properly here in Knoxville, I called them, and came out at my own schedule, and did all they could to check its programming and etc. I had to have a new Motor installed, as the other was a 2005, and decided it did not want to work. I had great Techs, and worked fast, explained how to use my upgraded Door remote and all its features. My Cost was 773.00.
