This is one of the few garage door companies that are open 7 days a week. Josh came out the same day on a weekend and did a good job quickly. He is very knowledgeable about the industry too. I will keep the phone number handy for the rental houses.

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Gagrage Door Service. My spring broke on a Saturday morning. I tried to call two of the bigger names in the garage door business. Neither was available to even take a call on a Saturday. Precision answered my call right away and scheduled an appointment for 2 hours later. I was fully expecting to wait several days for the repair. Michael was my service tech. He called and re-scheduled his arrival 15 minutes earlier than the 2 hour window that was scheduled on the call. His truck was equiped with everything he needed to fix my door. He gave me the option to replace only the broken spring but he recommended replacing some of the other 44-year old hardware. I asked about replacing the whole door and he recommended keeping the existing door to save money. No upsell pressure - some refreshing honesty. Michael was a profesional. He fabricated some custom brackets for my old door and showed me the worn hardware that he removed. My door works great 4 hours after it broke on a Saturday. Thanks Precision and Michael

I called precision door service Wednesday after 6, my garage door was fixed by Thursday at 2. I had the spring replaced and James Wells my tech went out of his way to notice my garage door opener was not working properly and re adjusted it for me. replaced spring and all hard ware. James was very professional , and very good customer service.

Just want to say thank you to Precision and Patrick for coming out on short notice and getting my door up and running again. Its had a rough life and Patrick was able to not only come out and get the broken parts fixed and moving again, but also reinforced the door and made it better than it has been since I have lived here for 4 years. Arrived at my house on time to the minute, was respectful and professional during the repair. Completed the job very quickly and did awesome work, and cleaned up after he was done! This kind of service is rare nowadays and I will be using Precision and Patrick for all my future repairs and replacements!!! Job well done, thank you very much!!!

I woke up Sunday morning with two broken garage door springs and the car was locked inside with the door too heavy to lift manually. Michael with Precision Door of Knoxville came out within an hour of calling the emergency line. He offered different options for fixing the door and estimates for each option. From first call to completion took 2 and 1/2 hours all on a Sunday morning. That is truly 5 star service.

Great service. They basically rebuilt a 3 year old garage door that was improperly installed by another company. Did in in about 1/2 a day and gave me a lifetime warranty on their work. Friendly and efficient staff. Highly satisfied.

Two professional, polite men came to replace the two damaged panels on my garage door. One was named Jon; I did not get the name of the other gentleman. I’ve used Precision once before and I have to say that the response time and the level of service are unmatched. I had an electronic glitch that basically froze my garage door in the up position. I tried troubleshooting it myself but I was pressed for time so I called Precision. They had a technician out within an hour and he had it fixed and working again within minutes. Really appreciate the great service!

Are you kidding? The guys showed up and never attempted to get my door working. Their only solution was new track and a new door. Never made any effort to adjust the door, just said you need a new door. Also, complained about the type of opener I had. I called Farmer and their guy made a few minor adjustments and the door works fine. I felt like Precision was just trying to sell me something.

I have used Precision in the past & have always been pleased with their services. I was even more pleased with my most recent call. I had a power outage at my house & when power was restored I made a stupid mistake & broke my garage door. I called & within 15 minutes of my call a repairman named Raymond called me & was on his way to my house to help me. He was very nice & professional. He fixed my garage door promptly. This company is the best! Thank you for incredible service!

Called at 7:44 this morning and was pleasantly surprised that Alex and Michael were available at 9AM to repair a broken spring. They were able replace several parts and repair the door -- almost better than new! Guys were very professional, pleasant and cleaned everything up bedore they left.

I have used Precision before. So, when our garage door would not open over the weekend, I called them for help. Patrick arrived on time on Monday & discovered the door opener had a broken belt. After discussing options, it was decided to simply replace the belt on the opener. Patrick was prompt, courteous & did a great job! I would highly recommend Precision & I thank Patrick for the good job.
