Mike came out a few hours after I called the main office to replace our garage door's lift springs. He also replaced 2 outer drive bearings and added a center bearing @the lift point. I have long been concerned that the weight of the door twisted the guide tracks, stressing and at least once, breaking the bolts supporting the tracks. He explained that the door frame, not the track, flexed thus allowing the tracks to twist. He addressed this by reinforcing the outer door frame to stiffen it @the track rollers. He also replaced stripped screws throughout the door frame and lubricated all the pivot points.

We needed a repair to connection of the automatic opener to the door. The service call was performed with 24 hours of the call. Pleasantly surprised that call was answered on a weekend day (vs voice mail), more surprised to get an appointment same day. Michael "Mike" was my technician/consultant and he is FABULOUS. Very knowledgeable. My existing garage door opener equipt was installed by one of the "big" name garage door companies in this area Let's just say that electronic equipt shouldn't be installed where the moisture is going to seep into the unit (and original installer didn't even apply sealant to protect the unit). Michael instantly saw the issue and why I will continue to have problems. Time to upgrade - Mike provided me with a quote for new (better) system with new (better) installation and needless to say, I'll be asking for Mike to install it once purchased. Thanks Precision - you guys are the best!

We moved back to Knoxville a couple years ago after living overseas for a number of years. I can honestly say that since returning from overseas, we have never experienced the level of professional, courteous, service that we received from Precision. We recently had a garage door spring break and I called another service provider to schedule repair and the soonest they could reach our location for a simple estimate was 10 days. I then called Precision about 1:30 pm and Josh was at my home just before 3 pm - within 90 minutes of my call. Josh gave me an immediate estimate, applied a coupon, and conducted the repair all within about 40 minutes. The repair was done well, with quality equipment, and an explanation of how to maintain the new springs. I was incredibly impressed and cannot recall receiving this level of service from any provider, anywhere. We would absolutely make Precision my first call the next time we need any sort of repair. I only wish they repaired other things around the house as well.
