I called Precision to repair my garage door because I had used them before for my aunts garage door repair. I was impressed then and I am equally if not more impressed with their expediency of service, there quality of service and their customer service. I had James contact me before the scheduled time and he came out and was polite, attentive to what issues I described then showed me some other near future potential issues that we addressed today. I was very happy with everything but the cost, but with anything nowadays you get sticker shock. Thanks for fixing my issues and I would recommend to anyone needing garage door repairs.

I noticed your company due to your truck wrap. I called and two hours later Derick was at our house and arrived on time. Derick reviewed everything with me and then went to work. We have 5 garage doors with openers. One of our openers was bad and Derick replaced it with a new one that he had on the truck. He also inspected all of our doors and reprogrammed our openers. He also programmed my visor control in my truck. I would give you and Derick a “10” rating if I could. Great company and wonderful service. Thank you !

Patrick from Precision Garage Door was professional. He explained what was wrong with the garage door and how it could be repaired. Took him about 45 minutes to complete the job. He waived the $50 trip fee since I had it repaired. New parts are much better than the old. Would and will use Precision again when the time comes. Great company.

Justin came to check my garage opener that was 52 years old and the circuit board was burnt up the belt was in shreds and I had a broke spring. After talking with Justin we decided best to put a new opener and springs and everything else that goes with. Great service. Technician called with plenty of notice when he would be there. Very professional and courteous. Explained what needed to be repaired and estimate before did any work. Only complaint called on Saturday because door wouldn't close, and didn't get a technician until Monday.

We had just had a friend that used your company and told us how responsive Precision was and quick to fix their issue. When our garage door opener popped and then began smoking, we knew just who to call. Precision was at the house within an hour and Derek knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix. He also showed me a spring that was getting ready to pop on my door as well. He had everything fixed within two hours or less and even helped to reprogram the Homelink garage door buttons that are in our cars. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service!
