Very rapid response to my call. It took two trips because initial diagnosis was wrong (but no extra charge for second trip). A new head unit was required but fortunately the old one was covered under warranty. The tecnician (P. Christoph) said he had never seen this type of failure before. Great service and I will call them again when the need arises.

We were having issues with our motor connecting to our cars. It wouldn't shut. But it would open. Turns out there were issues with how the door was balanced and he got to work and got it all fixed. I called Precision to repair a garage door track that we hit with our car mirror. The service tech called me within minutes of my call to them. He said he could be on site in 20 minutes, and arrived almost to the minute. After giving me the estimate, he said the work could be done in about half an hour…and it was! I was shocked at how fast the tech got this done. This repair needed new parts, and was something that probably would have taken me hours, including sourcing the new part, getting it, installing it, etc. This was a job for a specialist, and Precision came through. Job well done, and money well spent.

Starting with the first phone call, they were very accommodating to our need for the stuck door to be fixed asap. Derek arrived as promised in 30 short minutes. He clearly laid out the options and rationales for what was needed now, what would be a good idea to do while we're at it, and what it take to rebuild good as new. Then he let us decide, informed and without pressure. He did the job efficiently and with friendly conversation. It felt like a fun visit that just happened to result in a fixed door. And the door opens smoother than it did before the spring broke, with its updated parts.

The technician, Tyler, was very professional & courteous. I needed the weather stripping replaced on the bottom of my garage door. Due to the size of my garage door, Tyler, had to order the replacement stripping. He explained his manager said it would take about two weeks & their office staff would contact me to set up another appointment. Tyler did a free lubricant of the door and a safety inspection. I was very pleased with my experience with this company

Derek was on time, very courteous and informative, and managed to replace the entire springs, rollers, casters, and cables that had broken in under 30 minutes and have our garage door back in working order before we knew it! He even took a few extra minutes to explain what may have caused the damage and the need for routine garage maintenance and gave us a few tips on lubricating the metal hinges and wheel areas to prevent future damage. I would highly recommend anyone needing a quick, well done, and professional garage door repair check our Garage Professionals.

Service was extremely good. They came out within 1 hour and fixed everything in 30 minutes. The only problem I have is the over charging of parts. Payed 300$ for 10 garage rollers and they kept my old ones. That is just not good business, I understand people have to make money, but come on, $300for 10 rollers? Then there was a $25 shop fee??? And $49.95 Service call fee, and a $270 reset the garage fee. I really do appreciate the excellent service, but I think those charges other than the reset fee and the service call fee , make me wish I had called someone else.

Got home last night to find garage door not functional . Called Precision around 1230 this afternoon and Derek arrived about 2pm and had it fixed and running like new by 330. That was fast. Much more quiet as well. Was friendly and and accommodating with pets as well. Thanks!

We planned to go to church on Sunday morn ing but the garage door would not open. A torsion spring had broken during the night. The door was too heavy to lift manually and there was no way to get the car out of the garage. I called Precision around 9:00 a.m. and they had a technician at my home shortly after noon! He replaced springs, cables, and performed routine maintenance on the opener. He was very professional had the door working like new in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for all residential garage door needs.

I heard ads for Precision Garage for years and I noticed one of your stickers on my garage door. I called and was told you once serviced my garage door 15 years ago before I bought the home. It still works fine but looks very worn around the rubber seals so I wanted to get those replaced. I talked to Patrick on the phone and sent him pictures of what I was talking about. He ordered the parts and 2 weeks later, Matt installed it. Matt was very nice, professional and got right to work. In no time at all, I had a new beautiful rubber seal around the bottom of my garage door. Now it looks brand new. I will be calling Precision the next time I need garage door repairs.
