Garage door would not close. My insurance company gave me your name Since it was not safe to have the door open all night the lady in your office arranged for a repairman to come out yesterday. Very nice man came out and fixed the problem. I will be replacing the door in the near future and I will be using you all when I am ready to replace it.

First rate and fast service from our garage door technician! He was personable and efficient. He is originally from Easely, SC, and I had lived and worked at Clemson, so we had some good stories to share.

I called Precision Door Service for an unexpected issue with our garage door this morning. One of the springs had broken as well as one of the hinges. I was so thankful that they were able to respond so quickly by sending an associate, Derek, for the repair within a couple of hours. Derek found other problems as well and replaced all the problems he discovered. Both springs, hinges, and a frayed electrical cord were replaced. He also straightened the left side track that had moved a bit over time. Derek was great in all respects—in explanations, replacements and repair and a friendly manner. Great experience throughout. Thank you!

We have used Percision to make repairs to our garage doors in the past and have always found their professionalism, materials and installers to be outstanding. We recommend your company when we are asked for recommendations. Preston, our installer met and exceeded our request and is a credit to your company and himself.

Third time I’ve used your service at this residence. Each time , courteous and fast service, by people who knew their job. Highly recommended for all your garage door issues in or small. Derek this last time had me up and running in less than an hour. This and his personality and our conversation was a welcome interlude to my day. Thanks again.

Precision is the BEST! When my garage door wouldn't close, Derek was available to help that same day at a convenient time for me. He was friendly, professional, and solved the problem in just a few minutes. He also suggested a future problem to keep an eye out for but was not insistent to fix immediately. I highly recommend Precision!

Thomas Wright provided excellent service. He promptly identified the problem (which did not require any repair), explained the issue thoroughly, and checked the settings to ensure appropriate function. He was very courteous and is an excellent representative of your company.

I worked with Thomas, who was very polite and professional. I sent him a follow-up email asking when do I schedule the service call, and sent it to two other addresses as well: sales@ and service@ but they all bounced back. You do not make it easy to communicate - please provide some form of email address.

Took advantage of the online scheduling available on the website. Preston Stockton called and confirmed the appointment time. Preston completed a thorough inspection, explained his findings, and listed all of the parts that needed to be replaced. Preston did a GREAT job with the repairs; garage door is better than new! I would recommend Preston and Precision Door Service for all your garage door needs.

I had a roller come out of the track and the door panel sagged when the garage door was opened. Called for service and the technician was here within 1 hour. During the check of the garage door and opener, there were several issues found. All items noted were replaced. The door works great. Very professional service. I would highly recommend Precision.

Though we've had very good experiences with Precision in the past, our experience yesterday was only mediocre and left us somewhat disappointed. We had a technician come out because our keypad had stopped working and wouldn't allow us to reprogram it with a new code. We had to have a whole new keypad installed, and when we expressed interest in going through the process of setting the code for ourselves and practicing that process, the technician didn't seem interested in helping us do that and essentially said to not change anything. We hoped for a better experience but didn't receive it.

This is the 2nd time we have used Precision. This time they replaced everything but the actual garage doors x2. Hayden was in time, knowledgeable and explained everything well. In and out in less than 2 hours. He did a great job. Highly recommend Precision.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Tyler was on time, professional, and friendly. I had a simple issue but also concerned about the old opener, tracks, and door. He said that the door was in good shape but the motor and hardware was old. I have used Precision in the past and will continue to use them going forward.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday when most places were closed, so I called and was put on the schedule for Monday. Derek showed up on time (early actually, but he called first and asked if it was ok) and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do (in a way that was easy to understand), said it would probably take about an hour, and finished early. The price was very fair and was right about what I expected. Derek made the whole process very enjoyable and definitely made me feel valued as a customer. He's great.
