Precision Door was recommended by my neighbor who had recently repaired his garage door. I called Precision before 7:30 in the a.m. about my issue and the call was answered by a REAL person. A Precision Technician was at my door by 9:00 the same morning and made the repairs. Excellent Job! Will call Precision the next time I need a garage door repair.

With my garage door stuck 2 feet from the ground, I called Precision. Alex came a bit early from the appointed time! He fixed the problem immediately. He then inspected the door and called things to my attention..sagging, noise, slow operation. I had noticed these without realizing it was a sign of wear. I asked about parts. He had them and my door works quickly, quietly and better than when new. Very satisfied customer.

We had Precision out to our house about 6 years ago to repair a broken spring. Then we opt for a rebuild on all bearings and everything ran really smooth until the other day. The garage door caught on front bumper of our car and make a terrible racket. I turned it off and opened it manually. I looked at it and told my wife that we needed to have Precision come out and have a look. Tomas Travis came out on Saturday. After inspecting the garage door opener he said it would at least need a new sprocket system. He was going to go out to his truck and see if he had the parts. I quickly thought, that with the opener being 15 years old maybe I should look at a new one. He talked to me about it and it was very easy for me to decide to get a new one. There was absolutely NO high sales pitch. Thomas did a great job explaining everything. Then he VERY professional at doing his job. As you know every project has at least one bump, well our old set up tested Thomas and he looked at it and knew what to do. It wasn't long and everything was finished. I called Precision out because of past experiences and would never hesitate to use them again. I will give glowing remarks to anyone looking to use them. THANK YOU THOMAS AND THE TEAM AT PRECISION. And can you believe it...they even have a REAL person answer the phone..WOW. Fair price, quick & friendly service and great employees

Michael Hall serviced the broken spring on my garage door and checked the second door for preventative issues. The doors are more quiet, and I feel confident in his knowledge and in the work he did. We called on Sunday morning because our garage door stopped working. Mike, the service technician, arrived shortly after noon the same day. He quickly and efficiently repaired our door. I seldom write reviews. However, this experience requires one. Within two hours of calling Precision Garage for service because of a careless accident, Joshua Compton arrived to repair my wooden garage door. The door is over 30 years old and he made it like new. He replaced everything except the door and railings. I now have a door that operates quietly and has new modern features. Mr Compton was very prompt, very nice and respectful, and very efficient (completed the work within two hours). Thank you, Mr Compton and Precision Garage!
