Awesome service! Patrick was the technician who did the work. I can't say enough good things about how every thing went.This is the second time I have used Precision and I wouldn't use anyone else after having 2 great experiences. The door was badly damaged when I bought this home. I thought I would have to get a whole new door. Patrick was able to fix the existing door and didn't try to sell me a new one. This one now is as good as new!

The service rep. (Dio) was excellent. A power outage had caused a loss of codes to unit and he restored them within minutes. Precision Garage Door provides fast, quality and excellent service. This is my second service call to repair a garage door. I called to make an appointment for service and got an appointment set within 2 hours and I didn't have to wait the full 2 hours. The service technician was Luis and he called to let me know he was coming. He fixed the problem immediately and when I asked about what other repairs could be done today, he checked and told me the rollers could be changed if I wanted a quieter door which I asked him to do. He changed them and he did it pretty quickly. I also appreciate and am thankful that Precision sends you an email with the picture of the service tech so you will know who to expect. That shows Precision is not just about service but their customer's security. Great company!!

With my garage door damaged and stuck at midpoint we called precision door at 8 pm on Monday night.The phone was actually answered and an appointment was set for the following morning. Precision door tech Dio Sanchez arrived shortly after 9am. After reviewing the situation he offered 2 solutions. One suggestion naturally, was a new door installation which I was expecting and was prepared for. The second solution was to repair the existing door with additional bracing,& new springs and bearings. He proceeded to repair and by noon I had an almost new door at much less cost than a new door. Dio Sanchez did a fine job, was cordial, out-going and very pleasant to deal with. The quality of his repair was outstanding and showed much understanding of his job. I thank you for fast & excellent service and will have Precision Door Service, with Dio Sanchez's name added to the list of recommended maintenance people for the Willow Place Home Owners Association.

I had great service, Dio came over and was able to show me the door I had designed on their website at a great price and was able to apply a $100 coupon I had gotten. I ordered the custom doors as well as new garage door openers that day, and was scheduled for 4 weeks later. had thought about the woodgrain color and was unsure if I picked the right color and wanted to take a look at the showroom. Marianne is such a hard worker, there was an expected snowstorm, but she was going to try to wait for me to come by and look at the showroom samples. Luckily when I went to the showroom, Marianne was still there. Marianne was so wonderful, she showed me many wonderful options and helped me to consider the best color choices. She also gave me samples to take home and make sure I was happy. Marianne really went the extra mile for me and I so appreciate her! There was a price discrepancy, and this company is so honest and has such great integrity that they gave me the price break. They were also on time with the install, even though there was a lot of bad weather and I had changed my mind about the original color and hardware choices. Don and another tech came to do the install. They were fast and did a fabulous job! We have been using the doors daily for over 3 months and love them.
