Appointment was set between 5pm and 7pm the day after I called to schedule it. I was impressed that they could get to me so quickly. The repairman, Patrick, called when he was 15 minutes away and arrived at 5pm. He was professional and extremely knowledgable and competent. One of my tension springs had broken. I also had a frayed cable but didn't know it until Patrick and I inspected the garage door closely. It would have only lasted a few more lifts, barely hanging on. Glad he caught it! Overall, the garage door is much quieter and smoother. Very happy with the work and took him less than an hour. I have never had as good of an experience with a repairman as I did with Patrick and Precision.

Our garage door and opener had been installed by a house flipping company who did a very poor install job, in fact Josh said it was the worse install job he had seen in a long time and if one of their technicians had done the job they would be fired. Josh fixed all the issues with ease and professionalism. Our garage door and opener now runs smooth, quiet and with ease. Josh was very quick and precise in repairing our door and opener. I called Precision Door, they were out the next day to give an estimate and in 2 days more had the old garage door removed and new one installed. The installation was professional, friendly, they removed all the old material, and all done in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with the whole process, their promptness, and their friendly employees. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service repairing broken spring on our garage door. 24/7 live operator is a plus as we were able to schedule Monday morning service by calling on Sunday. Technician, Josh Compton, very competent, personable and polite. Did not attempt to oversell warrantys or service. Replacement parts are all made in the USA. All-in-all very pleased with our decision to contact Precision door.

Patrick arrived on time and sorted out the problem within a few minutes. Due to the age of the system we decided that the best solution was to buy a new system. I am pleased with the new system and believe I am getting value for money. I am now waiting from a call from Sandy to set up the final details. Well pleased. My wife and I are occupying my son-in-law and daughters house and caring for their dogs while they are on active duty in the middle east. In this case...instructions from my "kids" would have been appreciated. The labeled instructions on the buttons for operation on the wall mounted garage door operation "pad" are not where they should be. I ended up locking (stopping) the operation of the door in the down position by pushing buttons in combination, individually, one at a time......trying to get the door to operate (open)...... and the long narrow button above all of the other buttons turned out to be a lock/unlock switch depending on which end of the button you push (!). I have never seen such an over-engineered complex and confusing, and in my opinion, wrongly labeled wall operation pad for a simple task as opening a garage door ! ! (Note: Instruction manual for the opener was not to be found). Your technician, Josh Compton, corrected the situation immediately! I will recommend your company to others in the neighborhood if the need for door repair arises.

Arrived within a few hours of my call and done in about an hour. Really appreciate availability on a Saturday. Technician was neat and clean as well as courteous. I will use again if needed.
