Raymond is the tech who came to repair our garage doors. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He cleaned up every piece of scrap material, and even came back to the house to reset our door openers after I couldn't get them to work, and had to call him after he left. Very pleased with the repairs and would recommend to anyone needing work done.

I spoke to a few others and they were not professional They could not or would not give me a driver direct time they did not sound like business Men Your secretary was great and was able to give me a 2 hour window and told me the repairman would call on his way He did and was here at the early end of the ,3.hours given He was very nice and knew his job and it didn't take but a few minutes to determine the problem He gave me an estimate and when he finished the job he was a few dollars under what he quoted me I was thoroughly pleased with everything I told him I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone If I ever need more work of that type I will call you. ????.

After a mishap with my garage door this Knight in Shining Armour showed up and fixed me up! They said 2-4 at 1:30 and I got a call in literally 2 min and he was here in 40 min! He checked my door, adjusted some settings and lubricated the door which I had no idea I was doing all wrong! The best! I'll call to replace my door when needed!

Service was on time and very efficient. Technician was very knowledgeable. However, despite the message on the telephone system when I called (service technician will were a mask and sanitize everything touched) this did not occur. No mask, no sensitization.

I selected Precision from the phone book but I also saw one of their trucks while I was driving. I liked the fact that they were willing to come out on Saturday which helped me out considerably because my garage door would not close all the way and it was getting a little colder at night. The technician was very professional and knew exactly what need to be done to not only fix the problem but also to make the garage door work more efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door work that you may need done.

Springs blew on 20 year old garage door opening system. Alex was the service tech and the consummate professional on the garage door system and the problems that were present. He explained everything he could do to repair the system. We went further in asking can the door system be overhauled and brought in 2021. Again he expained everything from top to bottom and we selected almost everything but new doors. What a difference a professional makes. I give Alex and the business five stars and intend to have periodic maintenance preformed to keep it on track. (bad pun) (Maryville)

Chris arrived on schedule and got right to the problem once I told him what I had done to try to resolve the issue. The problem was a simple adjustment which he had fixed in about 30 minutes. He was pleasant to work with and cordial. I could not ask for a better experience or result. I would definitely recommend this company and this service fellow in particular.

The best recommendation for any business is to have repeat customers! Two years ago, I purchased a 24-year-old cottage in Maryville, TN. It has 3 garage bays (one double and one single). Needless to say, the previous owners ignored maintenace. Josh repaired the double bay (basically replaced everything) when I moved in and did an outstanding job. Today, Robert adressed all the issues with the single garage door. Outstanding work and service ... respectful, informative and instructive.
