I had a first world problem this morning, with my 26 year old garage door opener that decided to kick the bucket. I googled garage door was repair and Precision came up, with the highest rating and so I made an appointment, happily enough, for two hours later. I got a call from James less than an hour later and he arrived in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and I received a reasonable quote to fix the problem. New opener, new remotes, new keypad and warranties as well. James was nice and did not try to be pushy and upsell things I did not need. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Chris has worked on my garage door twice. First replacing springs and rollers several years ago. Today he replaced my Genie motor. As advertised he had the parts on his truck and was able to replace it in an hour. I called in at noon today and he was here at 4pm same day. He stayed until I understood all of my new remotes and system.

I was impressed by the description online of the services available through Precision Garage Doors. The fact that I could go online and schedule an appointment with the technician for the next day was a pleasant surprise. Derek came to the home around 9:30 in the morning. He evaluated the problem of the garage door and went step-by-step with me on every part, what it did, what it wasn’t doing and the options I had. Within a couple of hours the issue was repaired and I was very impressed by the customer service and the quality of service that I received. I definitely recommend this company.

This was the first time using Precision Garage Door Service. Called in the afternoon and got a same day appointment. Derek arrived at the beginning of the service window, assessed the repairs needed, and completed all the work required in a timely manner. I had a broken spring on one of our garage doors. I called the company that installed the door 10 years ago with new home construction. The earliest they could send a technician was five days out. I wanted and needed the door repaired that day. I called Precision at 9am and Thomas, the technician was here within a hour and a half. I watched while he repaired the door. He explained what was needed to properly repair the door and what the repair would cost. I agreed to the price and he renewed the operating system completely. I am totally satisfied with the timely and professional repair.

Great service from Precision again. They have replaced both of our garage doors over the years and this time we just needed a service call to get a spring replaced. I’m very happy with the service received from Precision. They answered my call immediately, sent a tech to my house within 48 hours, and replaced my old and broken garage door motor for a fair price. The Tech, Preston, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get a good rate on service. Seemed like a great young man. Precision Door installed a garage door years ago on my mother's garage that performs perfectly and is still very quietly to this day! So, I called Precision to fix the failed garage door lifting mechanism on my grandson's garage door. Your man arrived on time, identified and explained the problems, had all the replacement parts in his truck and had it repaired in a couple of hours! He cleaned up after himself and was a very knowledgeable and pleasant young man!

I chose Precision Garage Doors because of the 5 star ratings to replace broken coil spring, I called at 8:00 am, technician was in my drive at 9:15am. So super responsive. Technician was Patrick S. After thorough inspection of 15 YO garage, he noted several other wear points that would eventually need replacement. So after discussing options, I decided to proceed with the other recommended repairs. Patrick is a super guy and very professional.
