I called late Friday, my garage door spring broke. I called and the lady that answered got me an appointment. Hunter B. came out and serviced my door and got me ready for the weekend. He was very friendly and professional and made sure I was happy before he left. The team went above and beyond what I expected and I appreciate the support.

Prices are outrageous. Quoted 1720$ for job that took 1.5 hours and had max 500$ hardware cost. Thats 1220$ for 1.5 hours of work ... outrageous.

The tech that came out was a wonderful tech. He was very nice and answered all my questions with correct answers. My biggest concern is the estimate. I wanted a 18" high lift conversion done on my door. I was given a $1375 estimate for the job. The tech said he could do it in a couple of hours. If I wanted new rollers (12) it would be another $400. I am all about capitalism. I have my own business. But I did some research and found the most expensive high lift kit on the market for my specific door is less than $400. Shipped. The best rollers on the market are less than $50. Im am sure they arent paying the tech more than $50 per hour (very generous). That would be $550 in cost. I cant imagine what this company is thinking having an up charge of $1155? Oh well. I already ordered the kit from a reputable source and am having another company in the area install it for $250. FYI

Work was fine. Tech was knowledgeable. Price was exorbitant for a repair. I was given choices for repair but lowest price meant waiting 2-4 weeks for parts which in this era of overnight delivery is ridiculous. Have not received promised 5 year guarantee.

Our garage door spring broke about 7pm Monday night so I thought I would reach out to Precision since we used them some years back for new garage doors on another house. They answered the phone to my surprise and put us on the schedule for the very next day. Patrick showed up in the time window that was given to me, he diagnosed the issue and made some recommendations to keep this old door working properly which we decided to go with. No the door glides open and closed quietly and smoothly! We are repeat customers and definitely will call them again if any future needs arise.

Great company and great team. The spring on one of my garage doors split apart late Fri nite. Called early Sat AM and Patrick and Paxton were there by 11:00. Not only replaced the broken spring, but showed me how some bearings, brackets and rollers on both doors were problems waiting to happened. Were able to repair all problems same day at very reasonable cost. My thanks to the whole team!
