I call for service and find out that my garage door was slightly un aline.No tools nedded and the tech.was done in less than few minutes.I'm hoping that they won't charge me full amount of service, but I'm wrong.I was charge 49.95 I never feel so ripoff. I learn my lesson.

We came to your home to fix a problem that our technicians are professionally trained to do. As a courtesy we gave you a discount on the service fee to $49.95.

It was fantastic to be able to get a broken garage door serviced on a Sunday!(with no additional service charge) Patrick arrived on time, and after introducing himself, immediately began inspecting the door. He pointed out the problems as he completed his inspection. I asked for a repair price and a new door price. He took the time to explain the cost of each needed repair and the cost of a new installation. There was no "hard sell." We decided on the repair, and the work was done efficiently. Thanks to Patrick our old door works better than it did new. We will definitely use Precision again if needed and recommend your company and Patrick to all our friends. Thanks for a great job!!

We had a great experience. Our garage door springs broke on Friday evening around 5:30. The biggest selling point was that there was no extra charge for evening or weekend servicing. And the service charge was relatively low at $65. Our Technician was Patrick Stockton. He was knowledgable and honest about the repairs needed. The door is working great and is much quiter now.

Prompt, courteous service. Came when they said they would...same day as being called. Technician very patient when explaining to my mother-in-law & myself the issues about the doors. He discussed status of non-broken door & the potential advantages of pro-actively replacing rollers, etc. in that door (that was still working). I did not feel pressured to do it, (no "hard sell") but decided it was a good idea. He took care to adjust doors, etc. Then, after all done & signed off on...right before he left...when I noticed a light bulb was out in one door overhead, he offered to change it out for us; he did this just as a courtesy. Much appreciated, since neither of us are good climbing on step stool/ladders.
