These folks are the bomb! Called one late afternoon and they were here first thing the next morning. They had my old 20 something-year-old garage door fixed in no time. Patrick was great! He went beyond what anyone could have expected. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. New springs, rollers, cables and lots of adjustments and my door is like new.

Patrick repaired some minor damage to our garage door and replaced wheels and springs, weather seal. Very prompt, explained everything, helped with a sensor issue. Whole experience was excellent.

Outstanding customer service! Tommy was fast and very professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with my garage door as soon as he looked at it. All repairs were made within 30 minutes of his arrival and we even talked baseball while he worked. Scheduling around my busy lifestyle was also very easy. I'm extremely satisfied with Precision!

This is my first time to use Precision. I liked their website and felt confident in my selection because of the detail they provide about their technicians. We had James and he was very professional and did a great job explaining the issues and solution. He was there on time and was done earlier than he expected. We did have an issue a few days later on a Saturday but Chuck, the owner, sent another technician right over the fix the problem. I definitely recommend them.

I called Precision at 9:07 this morning and Nick knocked on my door at 9:32 to do the repair. I couldn’t believe how fast he was in getting to me and the repair was just as painless. He was walking out of my house with the repair done in exactly an hour after I originally called. I also appreciated that he called to give me his ETA and that their was an email with photos of the technicians so when Nick called I was able to look in the email and know who to expect. Great service!

I came home at 8:30 last Friday, clicked the garage door opener, the door went up about 6" then dropped back down. I tried one more time and same thing... just what I needed to have to mess with the garage door. I went inside and looked, tried disconnecting the opener and tried to open by hand, couldn't hardly budge it, looked closer to see that one of the big springs was broken. So at 8:45 on Friday night and it's broke, I've got workers coming to work on my wood flooring in the morning and they need access through the garage. Luckily I found Precision Door online; stating that they're open until 9pm, work on the weekend for no additional fee and mention the add for no service fee. Sounded perfect I called, was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Jake showed up about 20 min early, 8:40 am and was finished by 10:30. He replaced both springs, replaced all the bearings and rollers, cables, put on a new gasket along the bottom of the door, and went over everything very well. The service was GREAT, price was GREAT, and I'll most likely be ordering a new door from Precision within the next 6mo-1yr. Call them if you need you garage door fixed right the first time, in a timely manner, and for a very fair price.

Josh pretty well told me of what the problem was and how he would fix it.. I learned a little bit about garage doors too. I did not realize how important that the spring was. Josh did a great job and was very courteous and kept me informed of what he was doing.

Your company was a lifesaver! Our door broke trapping both of our cars in the garage! Precision came out after 2 hours of calling, and repaired our door. They emailed a confirmation, and the technician was very professional. I would highly recommend Precision.
