Thursday night around 9:00 pm the spring and cables broke on my garage door, trapping my car in the garage. Friday morning at 8:00 I called Precision door and they were there within the hour! Other places said it would be several days before they could get here and I had no way to get my car out. The Technician - Nick - was very professional and explained all options. Because the door is so old, and there was so much damage, I decided to get a new door which was much more cost effective than fixing an old worn out door. And the great part is they will have the new door installed on Monday! Nick was able to get the old door open so I could get my car out so now I'm just looking forward to my new door. Very happy with Precision. They were very prompt and courteous and really saved my day.

The technician was here about 2 hours after making the call. Tommy did the job in about an hour. He replaced all the hardware and my garage door works great! No more squeaking and grinding. Thanks Precision!

Patrick arrived earlier than I was expecting, a pleasant surprise. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He serviced the door as well as replaced the spring and I can't believe how quiet the door is now. It no longer wakes up the neighbor's pets or sounds like a remake of Jurassic Park.

My technician was Patrick, he was professional and had the problem fixed in a very timely manner. The door is quieter now than it was when it was new. He had a warm personality super friendly. Explained every thing he did and told me what should soon be replaced. I give Patrick 5 stars.

I needed a reliable firm that would remove an original wooden garage door from my grandparents' home in Maryville and replace it with a new door. From the time I met with the estimator until the complete installation, these guys were great! The old door was extremely heavy, and they removed it, cleaned the space, and installed an efficient, beautiful new door. They even had to do some extra framing because the size wasn't exact, and it looks wonderful. Thanks so much for a great job!!
