Got service the next day after calling. The tech replaced the door spring, lift cables, etc. quickly and tested everything out. He also answered all my dumb questions which enlightened me a lot about garage doors. Great job and would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company! I called after hours and I was so pleased with the response to my phone call. The spring broke in our garage door so we were “locked in”. Precision called the next morning when they were on the way. Fixed without any problem after we received an explanation of the service needed. Wonderful to have a true professional finish everything so quickly!

I had a new garage door installed end of April 2020. Last week we tried opening the door with no success. A Technician, Chris came out today and reverse something making it easier to open our manual door. We love our new door and the Services provided by your office and field staff

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors of Knoxville. I called because water was coming into my garage from a damaged bottom seal. A technician came the same day and installed it! Their prices are very fair. I will use this company again in the future.

The technician, Chris, did a thorough evaluation of the damage. Even though the door can not be repaired by Precision, as it is a "commercial" model, there were valuable inputs from Chris. Based upon this encounter, if I ever have need for residential garage door repair or installation, I would not hesitate to call Precision. Thank you.

Thursday night around 9:00 pm the spring and cables broke on my garage door, trapping my car in the garage. Friday morning at 8:00 I called Precision door and they were there within the hour! Other places said it would be several days before they could get here and I had no way to get my car out. The Technician - Nick - was very professional and explained all options. Because the door is so old, and there was so much damage, I decided to get a new door which was much more cost effective than fixing an old worn out door. And the great part is they will have the new door installed on Monday! Nick was able to get the old door open so I could get my car out so now I'm just looking forward to my new door. Very happy with Precision. They were very prompt and courteous and really saved my day.

These guys were hands down amazing! A little back story, I had been trying to reach our normal repair guys since the night before just to find out this morning they couldn't get to us until next week, all the while, my car is stuck in the garage. So that wasn't going to work. Put in calls to 3 other companies and this company came through times 1000. Same day service (I'm talking within a few hours). Our technician, Alex, was phenomenal. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, prompt, courteous... all the qualities you want/need! These guys will definitely be our go-to from now on. I will recommend them to everyone!
