I highly recommend this company for any garage door need you have. Service was quick and the technician was very knowledgeable and honest. This is the 2nd time I have used them and they will be my 1st and only call the next time I need anything garage door related.

Josh and Christian came over this morning...having called prior to coming Just as the operator said they would. Very professional, 10 minutes early! From the very beginning Josh showed me the areas of concern with my door system, and triaged as to WHY my tension springs were needing to be replaced (4th time in 20 years). Made sense, didn’t over-sell, wasn’t bashing competition...just stated the facts and then showed me the problem areas. Springs should last 10 years, if they don’t there’s a problem. Mine was installed incorrectly, and needed some significant adjustments...but all done within 1 hour, reasonable price...was a Veteran of 10 years in the Service, high-integrity...I would highly recommend them.

Bracket came came loose on the chain track, pulling away from the wall. Called Sunday afternoon about getting it repaired. Precision said a technician would contact me between 0900 and 1100 the next day. He called at 0810, was at the house around 0830 and took care of the problem in about 15-20 minutes. While he was here worked up an estimate for a complete, new system. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Answered all my questions about new equipment, how long it would take to secure items and how long to install. As a customer, can't ask for anything more. Excellent company, excellent technician.

Quick to respond to door that needed repaired. Door worked fine lifting manually But then employee said I needed a bunch of work done - over $650! Told him I just wanted opener fixed today. Would think about other repair vs replacement later. Got rude w me and family because I didn't go w suggested quote.

I had a great experience with Precision in the past so I decided to give them a try again. They didn’t disappoint. Called at 830am and they were there by 9am. Loved the email confirmation that includes a picture of the service tech that was coming to my appointment. Service Tech reviewed with me the repair that was needed and he performed the work quickly and efficiently.

I called Precision on Monday afternoon and they were on site first thing on Tuesday. The technician was efficient, friendly and had the entire opener replaced quickly. I highly recommend Precision.

Amazing! Called the evening before and got an appointment for the next morning (this was not an emergency). Chris called and was there early! He diagnosed the problem, checked everything involved with the operation of my door and gave me my options. Decided to have a new opener installed and I couldn’t be happier! Chris is REALLY good at his job. Highly recommend this excellent company for your garage door needs.

Repairman showed up on time. Immediately remarked age of garage door. I had read reviews complaining of attempts to up sell extra work, so I was prepared for this tactic. Before he replaced the springs he stated I need new everything for several more hundred dollars. I declined the extras, then he stated no warranty. I needed my garage door repaired, not overhauled so I had springs replaced as I ordered. I would think your company would stand behind work and products installed, but on my invoice it states no warranty. Too bad....I would not call your company again.

Patrick Stockton was the tech dispatched to our home today. If he is a sample of the type of techs Prevision hire, then hats off! Patrick was on time and delivered exceptional service. He quickly identified the issues with our garage door and completed the installation with perfection. He went above and beyond with programming extra remotes and a MyQ remote software. Patrick was so professional and so accommodating we will definitely share the experience and recommend Precision without any hesitation.

Chose Precision because they replaced the spring on one of my doors a couple of years ago and I was pleased with their service. This time, one of the openers was apparently fried in a power surge. They came out on a Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and diagnosed the problem quickly, giving me two options for repair. I chose to replace the opener. I asked them to install the new opener on the double door, as the new one was more powerful than the one that was there (and still worked), and move the old one from the double door to the single door. The two techs did that and installed the interior button, exterior remote and safety sensors in about an hour, maybe less. The new opener is so quiet I thought it wasn't working the first few times I opened the door. I was, again, very pleased with their service and will use them again, which hopefully won't be for a while.

Great experience, Ty the guy you sent out was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable, when he told me the options he gave us the best one for us. When he said we’d replace the motor I thought it would just be that, but he put in a new system, openers, remotes, wall entry unit. I thought he was just going replace one part and we have all the old stuff, far more than my expections

I had my garage doors inspected and given a once over to see if there were any issues. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few issues and he corrected them no problem. I also appreciated that he didn't try to tell me I needed a bunch of parts replaced or stuff I didn't really need. Very honest and up front. I would highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs.

James arrived when he said he would. I told him that my garage door opened when it was dark but not when the sun was shining. Of course when he arrived, it was cloudy. the door worked perfectly. He checked it and discovered that one of the lights near the bottom of the door was very loose. He tightened it. He told me that as loose as it was, the slightest vibration would cause the door to not operate properly. He told me if it did not operate properly when the sun was out, call him back.

Well I needed a remote to fix the remote in my car. I called Precision about 1 o'clock and asked them if they could help me out. The Girl said they could have someone here between 2 and 4 o'clock. The man was here about 2:30 and had me a remote ready before I could walk out to the garage. He got the bill together, and I was fooling with the remote on my car, when he walked up and asked if I would like him to fix it for me, he did, I paid him and the job was done. Very professional, very reasonable, very quick. I highly recommend them.
