Had a garage door opener installed by Michael Hall and he was very professional. Made sure everything was operating correctly. Minor issue up front as the appointment time was missed by 3 hours and I had to call in a few times to see where the service person was and on the last call I was told the appointment was cancelled. After a few minutes this error was corrected and Michael arrived about 15 minutes late which was appreciated. Original quote was $538 installed and ended up $600 when done, but everything is working now.

Although my garage door opener had been giving me problems for several weeks, I managed to get it to work well enough to postpone service since my wife had been ill and was returning home from the hospital and rehab. As luck would have it, the day I brought her home, one of the door springs broke and the opener, which had been giving me problems for some time, was no longer operating. I called Precision to see if someone could come to inspect and give me a quote for repair, expecting that it would be sometime during the following week. To my surprise, Josh returned my call and said he was finishing up another job and would be at my home asap. Sure enough, he arrived soon thereafter, quickly assessed the damages, gave me a quote and, following my authorization, completed the repairs, replacement, and clean up in approximately two hours! Needless to say, I was very pleased and satisfied with the prompt response and work completed. This was one of the best service calls that I have ever experienced and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to others with garage door needs.

I called at 3 o clock in the afternoon, had an appointment between 4- 6, and a same day repair where Alex was done by around 6. Absolutely amazing service! Very professional and knowledgeable! My technician arrived on time and completed the repair timely. He was friendly and thoroghly explained my options and the costs. He also answered all my questions. Due to the age of my unit which was over 22 years, they replaced my opener and all the moving parts. It is much quieter and opens and closes more smoothly. I would recommend them.

I was pleased with the service. Chris called a half hour before he got here and arrived at the beginning of the time window. Work was performed in a professional manner and though the news wasn't good, I was pleased with the service - replacing the spring and the door opener, as using the opener when the spring broke destroyed the opener. This is the third time we have used Precision for our garage door work and I have been happy with each service call.

Josh and Christian came over this morning...having called prior to coming Just as the operator said they would. Very professional, 10 minutes early! From the very beginning Josh showed me the areas of concern with my door system, and triaged as to WHY my tension springs were needing to be replaced (4th time in 20 years). Made sense, didn’t over-sell, wasn’t bashing competition...just stated the facts and then showed me the problem areas. Springs should last 10 years, if they don’t there’s a problem. Mine was installed incorrectly, and needed some significant adjustments...but all done within 1 hour, reasonable price...was a Veteran of 10 years in the Service, high-integrity...I would highly recommend them.

Bracket came came loose on the chain track, pulling away from the wall. Called Sunday afternoon about getting it repaired. Precision said a technician would contact me between 0900 and 1100 the next day. He called at 0810, was at the house around 0830 and took care of the problem in about 15-20 minutes. While he was here worked up an estimate for a complete, new system. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Answered all my questions about new equipment, how long it would take to secure items and how long to install. As a customer, can't ask for anything more. Excellent company, excellent technician.

Quick to respond to door that needed repaired. Door worked fine lifting manually But then employee said I needed a bunch of work done - over $650! Told him I just wanted opener fixed today. Would think about other repair vs replacement later. Got rude w me and family because I didn't go w suggested quote.

I had a great experience with Precision in the past so I decided to give them a try again. They didn’t disappoint. Called at 830am and they were there by 9am. Loved the email confirmation that includes a picture of the service tech that was coming to my appointment. Service Tech reviewed with me the repair that was needed and he performed the work quickly and efficiently.

Repairman showed up on time. Immediately remarked age of garage door. I had read reviews complaining of attempts to up sell extra work, so I was prepared for this tactic. Before he replaced the springs he stated I need new everything for several more hundred dollars. I declined the extras, then he stated no warranty. I needed my garage door repaired, not overhauled so I had springs replaced as I ordered. I would think your company would stand behind work and products installed, but on my invoice it states no warranty. Too bad....I would not call your company again.
