I liked the fact that they were willing to come out on Saturday which helped me out considerably because my garage door would not close all the way and it was getting a little colder at night. The technician was very professional and knew exactly what need to be done to not only fix the problem but also to make the garage door work more efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door work that you may need done.

Springs blew on 20 year old garage door opening system. Alex was the service tech and the consummate professional on the garage door system and the problems that were present. He explained everything he could do to repair the system. We went further in asking can the door system be overhauled and brought in 2021. Again he expained everything from top to bottom and we selected almost everything but new doors. What a difference a professional makes. I give Alex and the business five stars and intend to have periodic maintenance preformed to keep it on track. (bad pun) (Maryville)

Chris arrived on schedule and got right to the problem once I told him what I had done to try to resolve the issue. The problem was a simple adjustment which he had fixed in about 30 minutes. The best recommendation for any business is to have repeat customers! Two years ago, I purchased a 24-year-old cottage in Maryville, TN. It has 3 garage bays (one double and one single). Needless to say, the previous owners ignored maintenace. Josh repaired the double bay (basically replaced everything) when I moved in and did an outstanding job. Today, Robert adressed all the issues with the single garage door. Outstanding work and service ... respectful, informative and instructive.

Our garage door kept sticking and making terrible noise. In my opinion, Precision Garage Door never fixes anything. First time out we paid over $600. Second time out they claim it is the trim so they said they cleaned it and should not happen anymore. Next time out same story. Says the sun is making the trim stick (It is January). Now they want $207 to fix. I will be putting notices on our neighborhood facebook to not use these people (427) homes and also on google.
