Patrick came out the day I called for a broken spring and fixed my garage door. It is both quieter than before and seals better than before the repair. I would recommend them to anyone and the cost was lower than I expected.

The service I received from Precision garage door service was exceptional in so many ways!! A spring on our garage broke, causing the door to essentially lock in the down position. My wife and I found ourselves in an emergency situation, unable to get either of our vehicles out of the garage, and to top it off, it was a Saturday morning going into a 3 day holiday. I really didn’t think I could get anyone to come out until well into the following week, leaving us in a real tough position. Then I contacted Precision garage service. My initial contact was through chat, on-line, where I spoke with Cameron. After explaining my situation, he set me up with an appointment for the next day between 8 to 11 AM! I contacted a few other services, and none could help as fast as Precision did. The next day, as promised, Chris from Precision called at 7:45 AM to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he did a very thorough inspection of our garage door, giving me a number of possible options. Chris was very friendly and professional. Once we agreed on the work, he got to it and finished replacing the broken springs, installed new rollers, new cables, inspected the opener, and insured everything was in operable condition, all within and hour!! The work was done professionally and expertly! Our 18 year old garage is like brand new now. And it was all done on a Sunday morning of a major holiday. I was extremely impressed!! I highly recommend Precision garage service for all your garage door needs, especially if you have an emergency like I did. Chris was an awesome technician who really knew his stuff! Don’t call anyone else if you need garage work. Leave it Precision. You’ll be very glad you did.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with professional services. I've had a flood of issues and have been calling services all week trying to get quotes and service and it's been a trial. After a couple of not so promising calls I connected with Precision and it's THE BEST experience I've had all week. I was expecting an outrageous price and a week or more wait, which is what I've been dealing with for weeks now to get help on projects, 180 degrees in the opposite direction. Very helpful and clear on the phone, and offered to have someone come out THAT DAY, on a FRIDAY. I couldn't believe it but quickly said YES and it's the best decision that I made this week. Justin was great, the install was done very quickly and even though this was not a product I purchased from Precision Justin went through all the details of operation and gave me very helpful advice. After 14 years our garage door finally failed. I found Precision Door through a web search. Looked at customer comments and gave them a call. I didn't expect them to be out the same day as it was not an emergency. Our tech was James Wells. We discussed pros and cons or repairing a 14-year old system as opposed to going with a new Genie system which had added features since 14 years ago. James went straight to work and in less than 90 minutes we had a new system up and running. Would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone, from the initial phone call to the follow-up same day service to James' install and explanation of our new freatured Genie system. Amazing company and personnel.

About 8p my coil snapped without warning. I called around 9p, the customer service rep was competent and pleasant to talk to. She gave me an arrival window of 11a-1p the following day with a promise of a heads up phone call prior to arrival. The tech called me the following morning around 10a, said he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive about 30 minutes early. He showed up when he said he would. Once he was here, he identified all problems, explained everything to me including warranty information, cost, and time to repair. He got started right away, repaired/replaced everything in just over 2 hours. He was professional, friendly, and competent. I will use Precision again when the need arises.

This is the second time we have used a Precision Door franchise, and they are 2 for 2 with excellent service. Mike was on time for the appointment and pleasantly and efficiently replaced two old openers with new, quiet, belt drive systems. He did not try to “upsell” us on things we didn’t need. The garage was left in a clean condition with no risk of running over loose screws. We would not hesitate to use Precision again.

Was very impressed with the response time and the advice given by Josh, the technician. I called the office to try and set up an appointment for someone to advise me on replacing the bottom seal of the garage door. The technician actually came out the same day. I called Precision on a Sunday and was immediately connected to a very courteous and knowledgeable operator. Set up an as appointment for Tuesday and within an hour and a hour and a half had a garage door running like brand new with a new Genie EDO. Alex was great in giving me advice on repairing my two garage doors. Alex replaced the old springs which always worried me about breaking and damaging the paint on my two Nissans. One side of the garage had a old door opener and the other was manually opened. The doors weighed quite a bit, too. Under Alex's advice, he suggested installing torsion bars to make it easier to open. Doing that sure helps me out and less pain on my back. I will stay with Precision since because the doors were repaired and a new opener installed the day I first called them. Other door companies said it would be a week before they could come. So Precision in my book is #1!
