J.B. didn't just focus on all the "wrong" things but also pointed out some favorable things that I was not aware of. That's when I knew I found the right man for the job. Yes, I could have cut corners and had a cheaper job done but For a few hundred dollars more I'm proud of his work and my decision. J.B.didnt "sell" me; he educated me. I'm a happy customer. I knew Thomas Wright worked for your company so when my garage door spring broke I thouhgt immediately of calling Precision Door. I knew that Thomas was a very upstanding young man and that I could trust him to do a great job and with the utmost integrity. I could trust his word and not worry about being cheated nor having to have the door repaired over again, an experience I have had in the past with another company in town. I had recommended Thomas to another friend of mine in the past and he did a fabulous job for her too. Thomas and your company will get my highest recommendation.

Caleb was our technician. He called a head of time, and was here promptly. My husband and I have owned this home for 28years. We actually built it. The garage doors have never been motorized. We knew that we could add that at sometime. Well, over the years, one went off track, the other decided two weeks ago not to go up or down. Our basement is our garage plus storage. We got pretty cold with the draft. We felt certain that we needed to replace all. Caleb told us the doors were in fine shape but the springs and cables and rollers were worn. He replaced all. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need. It took Caleb 4 laborious hours to undo rusty screws and he was able to put in a new pulley spring system instead of replacing our old springs and cables. All I can say is yeah!!!! Two cars now are in the garage.You can lift a door with a pinky finger! We have the option of motorizing them at a later time if we wish. I highly recommend Caleb ! And Precision garage door company. You do get what you pay for. However, we could have paid a lot more if we had replaced the doors. Thanks Precision and a very BIG thank you to Caleb!

My garage door suddenly wouldn't stay closed one evening when I arrived home after work. I was relieved to know there was someone I could call 24/7. Caleb came during the designated time frame and expertly took care of the problem. Caleb was obviously knowledgeable about the product and explained the work he was doing and what caused the door to malfunction. Within a few minutes, the garage door was working. I highly recommend Precision (and Caleb!) and I will definitely call on them again if needed.

The tech only performed a field reset and when I asked him what he was doing, he said that I should only contact your company when this happens. He pushed a few buttons on the overhead box and ran the garage door up and down a few times. I was hoping to learn for myself so I wouldn't have to spend $65.00 for a 5 minute service call. I will google how to perform a field reset and do it myself next time. I was able to reprogram my garage door openers, change the codes, etc. on my own. I can figure this out now too. I think your company is great but this was a total rip-off and I'm disappointed that your technician wouldn't give me some options to resolve the issue myself. They were nice, but again, the visit was a rip-off. Thanks!
The technician followed company protocol by performing a 25 point inspection (safety and function) to be sure that the door, opener and parts are working properly and if necessary, make recommendations of repair. We spoke with customer and explained the issues with performing a field reset. We apologize that you were not completely satisfied. We appreciate your business!

He evaluated my situation and explained everything to me and not in a hurried manner or disrespectfully because I am a female.
