Kevin Ray called me 20 minutes before he arrived at my house and he arrived 10 minutes earlier then my time window which was excellent! Kevin was super professional and friendly and explained everything he was doing at every step and made helpful recomendations. He also took the time to explain I would need a new garage door in about a year or so due to the age and wear of the door. He took the time to show me and explain to me all of my options. I really appreciate his kindness and explaining everything to me. He really is a great employee. Wish he was one of my employee's! I am a courier supervisor for Solstas Lab Partners and deal with 20 employee's and multiple customer's daily, Kevin's professionalism and attiude and patience was very impressive. I will be recomending your company to everyone I know.

My experience with your company has been outstanding. We had our garage door rehung and a new opener installed in the fall and the techinician was prompt and professional. This week the door stopped opening completely and after I called the office, there was a different, equally professional, techinician at my house the same day to fix the issue. The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained my situation thoroughly. He inspected the garage door and explained what needed to be done to correct its operation. The solution to our immediate problem was to tighten the battery tabs in the openers. This made the $65 service fee seem a bit high.
