We had a great experience. Our garage door springs broke on Friday evening around 5:30. The biggest selling point was that there was no extra charge for evening or weekend servicing. And the service charge was relatively low at $65. Our Technician was Patrick Stockton. He was knowledgable and honest about the repairs needed. The door is working great and is much quiter now.

When we decided to look into replacing old residential garage doors, we spoke with several companies. While all had the range of products we wanted to consider, no one took the amount of quality time that the Precision representatives did to explain our options and to get us set up properly. We had a door problem about 2 1/2 years ago, and Precision was the only company we could find who was able to come and fix it without significant delay. At that time the service was great, and that has been repeated each time we have had occasion to need garage door service.

Prompt, courteous service. Came when they said they would...same day as being called. Technician very patient when explaining to my mother-in-law & myself the issues about the doors. He discussed status of non-broken door & the potential advantages of pro-actively replacing rollers, etc. in that door (that was still working). I did not feel pressured to do it, (no "hard sell") but decided it was a good idea. He took care to adjust doors, etc. Then, after all done & signed off on...right before he left...when I noticed a light bulb was out in one door overhead, he offered to change it out for us; he did this just as a courtesy. Much appreciated, since neither of us are good climbing on step stool/ladders.

I called at 9 am and Patrick, the technician, was at my home by Noon the same day. Patrick explained my options and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for our home. He did an excellent job with the repairs/installation. I can't believe how quiet the new opener is. We will have Precision back when it is time to replace the opener on our other garage door. Excellent service, professionalism, courtesy, clear answers to questions. Forgot to put a latch on the door without a motor. I called within a few minutes after they left and another service person was sent with a latch. Also after two openings of the door with the motor, the opener quit working. The service person had to rewire it because the sensors at the floor were out. This second person did very good work. I am very satisfied and please with my doors.

Jarrod was through and displayed care to make the repairs correct the first time. For example, he noticed that the left side cable drum was misaligned, so he took time to align the drum to prevent premature cable failure. I had a broken spring and worn out rollers. They replaced the springs,rollers,cables and various brackets. They arrived in the 2 hour window given and finished about an hour and a half later. Overall, I was pleased although I thought the price was a little high.
