I have to say you have an employee that is a great asset to your company. He was professional and very considerate of my family sitution. My door has never worked this well when it has been serviced before. Dio was double checking himself as he worked on our door,he did explain the next possible problem and was just the right person you need representing your company. Dio made two trips, one to diagnose the problem and again to install a new garage opener. Both times he was very professional and prompt. I appreciate his quick response and his thorough knowledge of my options. I would definitely ask for him in the future.

Dio was our technician--friendly, polite, articulate, knowledgeable, patient to explain every part of the process. We had a broken spring, but after discussion decided to have the garage door overhauled and install a new opener. This work was not cheap! But the new operation is far superior to our situation before, and so far we are very satisfied.

When my garage door snapped both of its springs, on one of the coldest days of the year, I called several companies. All were slammed, which is understandable. But Precision made a commitment to call me back to see if someone could come out the same day. They sent Dio Sanchez out that afternoon. He was friendly, knowledgeable and the charges seemed to be reasonable for all he had to do.

From the team member answering the call to the service technician presenting at our door, only the best. The tech arrived right on time, clean and presentable, very professional and knew the product. We had Precision Door repair the garage door in our previous home and never hesitated to contact again when we moved and accessed the garage door problem(s)in our new home. We will be a lifelong customer.

I was very pleased how quick the service call was answered. He recommended I replace my spring and rollers with a 5 year warranty, which I did. My door was frozen shut which was the reason for the service call,I was very pleased that you all could get to me today, I needed to get my car out for work. I will certainly call Precision if I need service again and I was pleased with the service.

Originally tried to get previous garage door company to come out, but their technician was sick with flu. Since it was Friday morning and I could not wait until Monday, I called your company from yellow pages (seen your mail ads too in past). Thomas replaced springs, adjusted roller bar assembly misaligned from original installation, and replaced bearings and rollers with repair kit(s).

The tech was on time. The tech assessed why door did not open. He was professional and friendly. My wife and I chose to get a new opener with pad and remotes. We hope that only future follow up work will be just as good.

I called about my garage door not working on a Friday morning and it was fixed by that evening. The technicians who came were very courteous and explained in detail the repairs I would need and cost to fix garage. When they left the garage door was back to working and was very pleased with the experience and efficiency of the repairs and techs. sorry I can't remember the names of the techs.

Robert showed up exactly as scheduled which was around 5:30 p.m. He gave us an honest assessment of our doors and openers as well as an estimate and provided several options. I asked him when they could schedule the work if we elected to go with Precision and I was a bit surprised when he said he could do it immediately! The estimate was fair so I authorized the work. The night was very cold but, true to his word, Robert stayed until it was completed. He even let us evaluate the first opener after installation to determine if we wanted to go ahead with the 2nd. We now have 2 new openers and the Precision PDS 800 DC-powered unit is the quietest opener I've ever heard (or not heard) in my life! Thanks for the great work and products!
