Excellent service. I tried to fix myself (replaced shaft and sprocket assembly after my wife hit the door with car and broke the sprocket off). In the process had screwed up the limit assembly and couldn't puzzle out how to fix it. Robert (a young army veteran) patiently fixed my screw ups. He also didn't try to give me the big upsell which was very much appreciated. They came out on a Sunday morning with no extra charge for the weekend service.

I call for service and find out that my garage door was slightly un aline.No tools nedded and the tech.was done in less than few minutes.I'm hoping that they won't charge me full amount of service, but I'm wrong.I was charge 49.95 I never feel so ripoff. I learn my lesson.

It was fantastic to be able to get a broken garage door serviced on a Sunday!(with no additional service charge) Patrick arrived on time, and after introducing himself, immediately began inspecting the door. He pointed out the problems as he completed his inspection. I asked for a repair price and a new door price. He took the time to explain the cost of each needed repair and the cost of a new installation. There was no "hard sell." We decided on the repair, and the work was done efficiently. Thanks to Patrick our old door works better than it did new. We will definitely use Precision again if needed and recommend your company and Patrick to all our friends. Thanks for a great job!!
