Kyle was the serviceman sent to repair my garage door. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time, fixed my door and it has never worked better, All my neighbors remarked how pleasant it was that my door no longer made the noise resembling a grinding machine. As far as Kyle, he was courteous, clean and polite. I give the company 10 stars for hiring a serviceman who is so knowledgeable, I now know more about garage doors than I ever thought I would. We used Precision earlier to have a garage door opener installed and repairs to the door. I got your number from the phone book and had no references, so we were very relieved and happy that we got excellent service. Based on this, I immediately thought of Precision when I decided to have a door installed. Both times a very pleasant helpful lady answered the phone, starting the process on a positive. Joe and Kyle came today to help me choose a door and explain the process (and give me the "bad news"). They were knowledgeable and explained everything well. I look forward to having a new door installed.

Joe was the sales tech and willingly helped me put plywood up to keep stray animals out while waiting on special order door to arrive. The installation tech did a great job of installing new door but when they ran into difficulties getting the opener that had worked to operate they started getting ready to quit. The Quality tech checked the system and had them correct their installation shortcomings. If Patrick had not shown up my review would have been very negative. The install tech did a great job but were very quick to be ready to leave the job half finished and made no offer to put plywood sheets back that Joe used to secure my premises. I'm a disabled vet and could have used some help. Liked all your techs but Joe and Patrick made the experience a success. The lady that assisted me on the phone, Emily I think, was very professional and helpful, courteous and did all she could to help insure product was what I wanted. Wish it could have been a five star experience but fell a little short. Hope your product proves to be what you and I would want it to be.

He said first it would be $330.00 and said it would be a $100.00 more to get everything fixed. He only fixed springs and cable. Then it went to $590.00. When I said can you do it cheaper he went to $550.00. That is a lot more than $100.00 something. It took him less than a hour. I feel like I got cheated. I paid more than $230.00 for a 5 year warranty

I give you a 5 star rating! I could not get my garage door open and called for service. Kyle was here in about two hours and fixed it promptly. He was very courteous and efficient. I will definitely call Precision if I need service again and I will recommend them to my friends.

Our garage door broke a spring and not being new to the area we were not sure who to call. I called three garage door companies, but by far Precision was the most professional on the phone. The ladies that I spoke with were professional and knowledgable. So I booked a tech to come fix our door. They told me he would be there between 10 and 12 that same day. Kyle, the tech called me around 11 and told me he would be there in 20 min. He was! Kyle was OUTSTANDING!! Our experience was so good with Precision we ordered a new door. I can not express enough the OUTSTANDING EXPERIECE we have had with this company. Thank you for a great experience. Ed Paton

I had a single spring, double door spring break about an hour after closing door (heard a big bang in garage). I had used PDS several years ago on my mom's door. I got service within the hour of my 6pm call Monday; technician evaluated my 14 yr old door and suggested two spring counterbalance set up along with new rollers and , bearing plates, etc. Although a little pricey, I did get a discount off service call and considering I got emergency service within an hour plus a warranty on work done for 3-5 years, I am hoping that I will go another 14 years without any major door issues. Patrick adjusted door and checked opener operation before leaving; I also appreciate the fact that he answered all my questions and concerns in a professional matter. Thanks for the prompt service.

In the process of preparing a newly-purchased residence for occupancy, I had bought a new garage door remote and was experiencing difficulty in getting it programmed. I called Precision Garage Door and requested assistance, noting that the new tenants would be arriving in three days. An appointment was set up for the following morning. I was blown away by their follow-up email. It not only thanked me for the appointment and confirmed arrival time but also provided photos of the technicians who would be coming. After their timely arrival and resolution of my problem, I requested an evaluation of my garage door. Joe pointed out several deficiencies which would undoubtedly be problematic at some future point in time. I requested a full overhaul and as a result received a 5 year warranty. It is reassuring to know that I have eliminated one source of tenant trouble calls and can rest assured that my tenants will not have garage door problems.
