The young man who came out to determine the issue, but did not have the parts was very informative and set up the next days' service. The two gentlemen that came and installed the fix were very helpful, resourceful and completed the project quickly. My daughter's garage door never worked or sounded so good. I just moved to this house, & the garage door decided to not come down. Most of my belongings were still in the garage, now open for anyone to see & carry off. Precision's technician/fixer/installer Thomas was excellent. After examining the door on this older home, he explained IN GREAT DETAIL how it would be cheaper for me to just buy a new door. He showed me the figures to back himself up. I have ordered a door. I'll give another review after the door is installed.

Patrick was extremely professional. He explained the problem making sure I understood and then offered me some options that would make the door operate better and safer. Was only going to do the broken side but then opted to do both doors with a PDS Overhaul which removed the old springs and replaced with a better solution. Since it was Friday morning and I could not wait until Monday, I called your company from yellow pages (seen your mail ads too in past). Thomas replaced springs, adjusted roller bar assembly misaligned from original installation, and replaced bearings and rollers with repair kit(s).
