I found Precision by a Google search. Setting appointment time was easy. Was told someone would be here between 4-6 and he even got here early! Dio was knowledgeable, professional, and undoubtedly a man of great character. He knew exactly what to do,repaired the door lightning quick, and gave great advice for future upkeep. Dio is the ideal employee in my book. Blown away by the service and I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.

Dio was on time, called ahead to advise he was on his way and took his time explaining what happened and what my options were. I couldn't ask for better service. I was about to attempt this repair myself and he showed me where I was 2 steps away from a painful accident (I did not realize how much tension was on the cable and it would have flown off the door had I tried removing it as planned) He also looked at the other door and showed me that the spring was still working properly and how I can tell when it's time to get it replaced.

To the Precision Door Team, With regard to service, knowledge and quality of repair. Patrick called ahead, was on time and finished the work within his estimated time frame. All components and parts were on the truck allowing opener and rail replacement on our double garage door as well as an overhaul of the single door in one call. All costs and component needs were described along with a detailed cost estimate. At the end of the installation, Patrick conducted a complete walk through of the opener, keypad and wall control as well as pairing the unit with a vehicle. He was polite and neat removing all debris from the garage. I give your company and Patrick high marks for customer service. The tablet computer allowed him to look up our last repair from nearly 5 years beforehand. PS - The unit significantly quieter and smoother operating than the old unit.

New garage door installation. Installers came to my home ahead of scheduled appointment time and had 2 wooden doors replaced with new ones within two hours. Weekend appointments are a major plus as garage door malfunctions seem to occure at the most inoppertune time. Service/installation technicians are very knowledgable and easy to work with.
