Went with your company because you were the one American Home Warranty chose. Technician did a good job. I have a problem with AHW because your tech said they only allow repair of broken parts. When I read my contract it says they should allow for repair if tech thinks it could be affecting the opener. All they want to do is patch stuff and not correct it if something is not done right to begin with. I am very happy with your tech and your company just not AHW. Thanks.

Tommy fixed our garage door. He did an excellent job. However I do have two comments. First, he was to send us the warranty for our records. We have not yet received those. Second based on the response (by phone) to our description of the problem, the person gave us an estimate to fix the problem of $175. Yet when Tommy came he indicated that the cost would be about $300.00. We then decided to go to a torsional spring system (based on Tommy's recommendation) and that total cost was $500.00. You can see tha we did have some hesitancy to go ahead with the repair. We will be looking forward to receiving the written warranty.

Kyle, the original installer did a great job & was very interested in a "satisfied customer." At the time of the install Kyle was training another individual so Kyle worked on one door & the "trainee" worked on the other.....after a few days it became obvious that the opener Kyle had install was flawless, however, we called & asked the he come back & make the other door the same as there were several issues that had been overlooked by the trainee which Kyle corrected ...always very friendly & professional & courteous despite him having to return. Today, Tommy came out to, once again, address an issue that the "trainee" had overlooked..(the bolt that held the support arm to the drive shaft was missing...in truth I could have fixed the problem, but thought since there had been other issues with this particular door it might be prudent to allow a tech to address). Tommy was also courteous. polite, (despite this heat wave) & appreciative for our business.

The telephone receptionist, Christine, was very helpful and asked very specific questions that showed she knows doors! I was pleased that your repairman was NOT cover with tattoos and rings in his nose. (Yes, I am old.) James was very competent, friendly and prompt. He fixed the door twice as fast as I thought it would take. I was thrilled that he could save the original door! After his repairs and tune up, that was the quietest garage door that I've heard operate. My Thanks To All, Tim

Great fast service. Called at 8am and service tech was here at 11 am same day. Took Williams almost a month to come last time I needed service and they were very rude and did basically nothing. Tech was professional and courteous. 5 Stars.

Thomas arrived about 30 minutes after my call. My problem - the door would not close. He immediately located the problem - a missing bolt. After replacing the missing bolt, he tightened all other bolts, checked complete operation of the system several times. Thomas is an excellent technician and service definitely is a 5+ star rating.

5 Stars - My door had come of the rails due to a worn out part. I called Percision and they were out the same day to repair it. They called 45 minutes before arriving. The Tech, Tommy, was neatly dressed, professional and very friendly. He had the problem corrected in a very short time. I also asked about door upgrades. Tommy walked me through their options and wrote down the cost of each for me. No pressure at all. Much appreciated and will definately use Percision when we upgrade.

Garage door had bee making noise when open and closing. Then a roller wheel had jumped the track. Thomas came out, accessed the situation, explained the worn wheels, old opener, no safety detector light and incorrect spring for this size door. The previous owner had gone a cheep as possible on many items with this house, why be different with the garage door. I decided to upgrade to a rebuild kit, ie.. rollers, springs cables. Also a new opener with safety light. Only took about 3 hours. very friendly, explained everything. I would gladly use again if the need should arise.

Kyle was an amazing professional service rep. He called and asked if he could come early! He worked quickly and efficiently. He was so personable and polite I wanted to serve him lunch! He explained what he did and showed me parts as the job progressed. Everything was neat, tidy and working like new when he left. Same day service, too! Nice to know service like this still exists!

Kyle was the serviceman sent to repair my garage door. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time, fixed my door and it has never worked better, All my neighbors remarked how pleasant it was that my door no longer made the noise resembling a grinding machine. As far as Kyle, he was courteous, clean and polite. I give the company 10 stars for hiring a serviceman who is so knowledgeable, I now know more about garage doors than I ever thought I would. We used Precision earlier to have a garage door opener installed and repairs to the door. I got your number from the phone book and had no references, so we were very relieved and happy that we got excellent service. Based on this, I immediately thought of Precision when I decided to have a door installed. Both times a very pleasant helpful lady answered the phone, starting the process on a positive. Joe and Kyle came today to help me choose a door and explain the process (and give me the "bad news"). They were knowledgeable and explained everything well. I look forward to having a new door installed.

Joe was the sales tech and willingly helped me put plywood up to keep stray animals out while waiting on special order door to arrive. The installation tech did a great job of installing new door but when they ran into difficulties getting the opener that had worked to operate they started getting ready to quit. The Quality tech checked the system and had them correct their installation shortcomings. If Patrick had not shown up my review would have been very negative. The install tech did a great job but were very quick to be ready to leave the job half finished and made no offer to put plywood sheets back that Joe used to secure my premises. I'm a disabled vet and could have used some help. Liked all your techs but Joe and Patrick made the experience a success. The lady that assisted me on the phone, Emily I think, was very professional and helpful, courteous and did all she could to help insure product was what I wanted. Wish it could have been a five star experience but fell a little short. Hope your product proves to be what you and I would want it to be.
