Bought door from them originally. Have had Precision repair door in past when my bike rack tore it up. Today service tech came within a few hours, within promised window, called to say he was on the way. Diagnosed paint over spray on sensor. cleaned it . Done and done. No service charge. Professional all the way around.

Can't believe I waited so long to get my garage door fixed. Called at 3:40pm and Nick was here and finished about 2 hrs later. I thought I'd have to wait at least a day or two. My door was dying a slow death and Nick had it running smooth and surprisingly quiet in no time. Replaced springs, rollers and cables...runs like new!

I had a broken spring replaced. Josh Compton recommended replacing my 2 spring system with a single spring system. I had asked for recommendations on social media, read the BBB reviews and had a coupon. After a horrible experience with another door company, I was very pleased with precision.
