Very pleased with the service I received from Nick he was very informative and had the door fixed in less than 30 minutes I would highly recommend Percision garage doors to everybody. My garage door wasn't working before heading out to work, called them up at 6 AM, had someone out to my house by 9 AM, and the repair was done within an hour. The service technician was friendly and knew exactly what to do. Very hassle free experience.

We had a couple of malfunctions on our garage door. Called service and was given a appointment to check it out. We asked for Patrick who did all of our repairs and they put him down to do the work. Patrick arrived right on schedule and immediately found out the probable culprit with the door stopping right after the button was pushed. The sun was very strong on the side where the electronic eye is located. Patrick moved the sensor to the opposite side and said that this should correct the problem. It is working fine now. We are extremely pleased with Precision. Patrick is outstanding in all areas. We enjoy talking with him. He takes the time to explain the repair that he is doing.

Bought door from them originally. Have had Precision repair door in past when my bike rack tore it up. Today service tech came within a few hours, within promised window, called to say he was on the way. Diagnosed paint over spray on sensor. cleaned it . Done and done. No service charge. Professional all the way around.

Can't believe I waited so long to get my garage door fixed. Called at 3:40pm and Nick was here and finished about 2 hrs later. I thought I'd have to wait at least a day or two. My door was dying a slow death and Nick had it running smooth and surprisingly quiet in no time. Replaced springs, rollers and cables...runs like new!
