I can not say enough good things about Josh Compton our tech and about Precision Door. I was first of all very impressed to place a service call after 5pm and speak to a live voice. I was also very thankful Josh was able to be onsite the next morning. Josh was prompt and very thorough with the work he did. He had my garage door overhauled and working again within an hour. Even more than that Josh was very professional and treated us very respectful. I'm glad to see great customer service still exists in this world. I would highly recommend Josh and Precision Door to anyone.

Josh did a great job with replacing our springs on our garage door and also recommended additional hardware we need to have replaced as well. Our garage door hardware had not been serviced in a very long time, but now our hardware and garage door system run like brand new. Was surprised when they could repair same day. Patrick recommended additional repairs but was not forcing them done. Patrick commenced repairing the springs and a couple items on the lift mechanism. Lastly the screw drive was noisy. Amazing what some silicone spray can do grease cant.. Thanks..

This is a wonderful company! Patrick called before showing up and SHOWED UP ON TIME. Was honest and did the job in a very timely manner. I would and will and recommend Precision Garage door again and again. I really liked that they emailed my appointment time with pictures of the technicians. I couldn't ask for better service! It took less then 2 hours from when I called for an appointment until the completion of the job. The service was obviously fast but was efficient, clean and most of all HONEST!!! Patrick immediately knew what the problem was and explained what needed to be done. I could not be happier with Precision. He left no mess whatsoever but still offered to sweep my garage out for me. Unbelievable service. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you!!!!
