WOW !!! Patrick Stockton was the Best Repairman you could ever want ! I was going to go with another company because they had there sticker on my door . On time/came exactly when they said and called ahead. Replaced springs, cables, bearing and wheels and adjusted remote. Doors are like brand new and Patrick the technician worked hard to complete 2 doors in a little over two hours. Took time to explain everything and what to expect once work was performed. Would use Precision again and recommend their services.

Technician called an hour before arriving, came on time, explained all problems, and quoted the repair estimate. He completed the repair quickly and showed it's operation. He placed a sticker on the door for any future needs. It was good to be operational again so quickly!

I saw your advertisement on TV including free service charge this week. My house is 26 years old and I still like my steel garage doors, but decided to upgrade all the working parts and switch over to the belt drive garage door opener. Nick was courteous, very knowledgeable as he explained exactly what was being changed and gave me choices. Phoned before he came to my house in the company truck with Precision graphics which gave me peace of mind. Your company is very professional and I rate Nick at 5.

Josh was very helpful in analyzing problems with our existing door. He installed new springs and rollers, and installed a new belt driven opener. He did a fantastic job and now the door works perfectly. I highly recommend Josh and Precision.

WOW! Josh called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He immediately assessed the problem and fixed it in a little over 30 minutes. He was professional and courteous. He even swept my garage where he was working! Precision is the best!!!

I called for service on Friday evening. My call was returned within minutes and a next day appt. was scheduled. Josh arrived on time was very professional explained what I needed and did the job. Garage door repair was done with good results after replacing several door items like rollers & bearings but to charge $ 500.00 was way over the top. Probably will not use your service again because of cost.

Very prompt service; Josh was very thorough in assessing the needed repair, explaining what it would take to do it, along with an accurate estimate. The damaged spring was replaced, the door operation adjusted and restored. Chose Precision due to available same day service, and the website reviews they had received for other work. Will definitely use them again should the need arise!
