Precision Door was able to respond within about 2 hours after the spring on my garage door broke, leaving both of my vehicles stuck inside of the garage. The young lady that took my service call was very polite as well as very professional. The service man called before he came to let me know he had received my call for help and would be responding within 1/2 hour. Upon his arrival Luis introduced himself and trouble shot the problem. He also discussed with me the available insulation kit and I decided to get it installed. During the time he was here he was the most professional service man I have ever had in my home. He was polite to a fault and very knowledgeable of our system. I look forward to his return visit tomorrow to install the insulation kit.

The tech was very informative,I dont like the fact of where you charge labor on the time for each job when they can be done at the same time!To run wire on two doors its billed as two hours x 65.00,when each door will take 30 mins and when you need a pulley replaced another 65.00.All this during the installation of 2 new garage doors.

Patrick was nice from the start and found the problem in about 5 seconds. After an in depth look at the door, he suggested roller and bearing replacement. He walked through the different price options and suggested the deal they had on a more complete door repair that ended up saving me a few dollars while I actually got more components replaced. He had the repairs completed in less than hour and now the door runs smoother and quieter than before. I'm completely satisfied with my service.
