I was impressed with the Yellow Pages advertisement. All of the elements were encouraging. The coupon, senior and military discouts were attractive. The BBB insignia caused me to contact the Bureau and I found a very complete and positive report. Patrick did a very nice job of analyzing the problems and giving me several options. He represented your company well and though he is a good salesman, he was not offensively aggressive. I was also glad to see an American Brand truck in the driveway. I'm looking forward to seeing whether or not the work to be done measures up to the expectations developed by the service call.

I was very pleased with the service that I received on replacing the broken springs on my garage door. Jarrod called and arrived approx 30 min ahead of time. He was very professional and courteous and in no time had replaced the springs on my garage door. He then took the time to go over everything and explained in detail. We called for an estimate to fix a mess we have with doors that were replaced improperly when we first moved into our house. We limped along as long as we could will poorly working framework until one of the doors failed.
