The technician (Alex) was very knowledgeable and focused on the job at hand. He actually left me with a garage door that operated better than it did before my incident. We called Precision Door around noon when we found our garage door spring was broken. They had a truck out to our house 2 hours later. Our service tech was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He looked at the broken spring and identified other problems that probably contributed to the spring failure, like bad roller wheels, friction and other issues. He quoted a fair price, fixed everything he said he would and did a great job. I would highly recommend Precision Doors for any garage door repairs needed.

safety sensor went out so door would not close, came out 6 hours after i called and fixed problem quickly. the repairman also spotted some loose hinges and tightened them up

Garage door spring broke on Sunday. Called first thing Monday morning and technician arrived by 9:00am and job was done by 10:30. In addition to replacing the spring the tech checked the entire door and all working parts. Excellent service, overall good experience.

I was very impressed with the quick service and the very courteous and helpful service representative James. I really like our extremely quiet garage door opener with an outside keypad opener that will be very convenient when going out for walks...will not need to carry the remote. Josh was the person that installed my garage door opener originally. He did a good job lubricating the hinges and the spring. He adjusted the downward pressure on closing. He is an excellent worker and his knowledge of the product is really good. I would recommend Precision Garage door to anyone.
