Had my door installed a year ago to replace a cracking double insulted door I’d had for 12 years. Had a few issues, but they came out a few times to address. Then my door was gapping , not sealing on entire top and part of left side. Was freezing in my garage. Maruf came out today and saw it. Fixed it immediately. No more daylight in the garage!!! Very polite and effective. I appreciate the great service.

We've been happy with the support from Precision since day one. They put in two new garage door openers several months ago and have always answered quick and direct whenever we have a question. I've recommended Precision to my friends.

Called to get someone out and you were able to send a technician, Chris Pease, within an hour. Examined door and was able to fix the problem. He was a very polite, pleasant young man and very knowledgable and professional. First time I have used Precision and will be a return customer and recommend to my friends. Thank you

My garage door/opener system is over 20 years old, and it's getting tired. I was having trouble with both the wall panel and the remote opener, and my system really needed a little "refurbishing." Precision technicians arrived on time and were friendly, courteous, and professional. They provided on-the-spot service to replace worn garage door parts and did so in a fairly short amount of time. Everything works fine now! I'm quite satisfied.

Great people, called and he was on site a couple of hours later. Diagnosed the problem and had a quote ready in around 15 minutes. I liked the quote, said, "ok," and he started work. Had to pretty much take everything down and replaced most of it for a very fair price. Knowledgeable service person, took less than an hour. From the person who answered the phone to the rep that came and fixed things to the owner that did a follow up - A1. Great people.

Hunter Bridges provided excellent service. I called on Sunday and they scheduled for the next day. Hunter assessed the situation quickly, gave me three options for solving it, and within 2 hours our garage door was working great!! Price may be higher than others, but the quality of the equipment and service are exceptional. Thank you

All staff I interacted with were prompt, courteous, professional and performed their respective jobs with excellence. All work was done same day, from appointment set up to paying for the work, they exceeded my expectations and delivered great value for a competitive cost. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to others. I opted for a new door opener install and new spring and hardware updates for our older door system from the late 1970's to bring it into the modern age.

We were charged $900 for a $200 garage door opener. Not including all the springs and other stuff that supposedly needed to be replaced. We could tell the tech was just looking for things to charge us for. Beware! This was very sketchy and extremely overpriced . We feel taken advantage of!

I went with Precision because the TV commercials struck me as a company and individuals that, not only really knew what they are doing, but also because of the sincerity of the individuals in those commercials. I thought that my only problem with my door not opening was a faulty safety "beam" receiver. When Hunter showed up, on time (he also texted and called me to let me know exactly when he would arrive) he quickly evaluated my door and pointed out that not only was it not up to code with only one coil spring, but also the worn out bearings on the pipe (on which the springs are located) was being cut through by those faulty bearings. Additionally, he said my door was out of balance. I had no idea what that meant until the work was completed. Hunter showed me what he meant; he disconnected the drive chain and the door rose a foot or so by itself. Now it is "balanced". I went with the complete rebuild, everything except the door itself and the Genie opener (motor) assembly. I also added a keypad outside so that I didn't have to carry a remote opener whenever I wanted the door closed as I worked in the yard. I highly recommend Precision for ANY garage door work you need.
