I can't say enough about the great service I received. The technician was efficient, friendly, and helpful. He showed up within a half an hour, which was great because both our vehicles were "trapped" in the garage. He informed me of our options and gave his recommendation. I found Precision by a Google search. Setting appointment time was easy. Was told someone would be here between 4-6 and he even got here early! Dio was knowledgeable, professional, and undoubtedly a man of great character. He knew exactly what to do,repaired the door lightning quick, and gave great advice for future upkeep. Dio is the ideal employee in my book. Blown away by the service and I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.

Dio was on time, called ahead to advise he was on his way and took his time explaining what happened and what my options were. I couldn't ask for better service. I was about to attempt this repair myself and he showed me where I was 2 steps away from a painful accident (I did not realize how much tension was on the cable and it would have flown off the door had I tried removing it as planned) He also looked at the other door and showed me that the spring was still working properly and how I can tell when it's time to get it replaced.
