One of the springs on our garage door broke early Saturday morning. I called the office at 8:30 and a technician was at my house by 9:45 that morning! He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the service we were provided.

They came the next day and were on time! Diagnosed the problem (opener) replaced it for a reasonable price and completed the work within an hour. At first I said no to the repair and the tech was still nice and friendly. Said he would go ahead and lubricate the door and adjust the wheels. After I made a call and told him to go ahead and replace the opener, he had the part on his truck and quickly did the work. Luis was very professional and polite. He was in a neat uniform and drove a neat truck with the logo on it. It was easy to identitfy who he represented. He introduced himself when he came in, shook my hand and went right to work. I have always used another company, not naming names but... Williams. They are usually snippy when you call and it was going to be OVER A WEEK before they could come. I will call Precision next time from the beginning. Who wants to go over a week with a broken garage door? I am not sure which brand I have but it comes with a lifetime guarantee.

Thomas came to check our malfunctioning door opener the evening before July 4th and was very pleasant and professional. He attempted to adjust the opener but concluded that it was worn out and not adequate to handle the large double door. He suggested a "carriage door"opener designed for such large doors. We scheduled to have him install that the following Monday and we are pleased with the promptness of Precision Door.

I chose Precision by looking at the display Lowe's had. The Doors looked better than any others! Much more variety. The Precision salesman was extremely helpful and courteous. I was lucky enough to get him as my installer! It's a double door but It only took 2.5 hrs.to install, rails and all. Again, efficient And conscientious. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Co.

I can't say enough about the great service I received. The technician was efficient, friendly, and helpful. He showed up within a half an hour, which was great because both our vehicles were "trapped" in the garage. He informed me of our options and gave his recommendation. He struck me as a very honest person. Thanks for the great sevice! The person who answered my call was also extremely friendly.

I found Precision by a Google search. Setting appointment time was easy. Was told someone would be here between 4-6 and he even got here early! Dio was knowledgeable, professional, and undoubtedly a man of great character. He knew exactly what to do,repaired the door lightning quick, and gave great advice for future upkeep. Dio was on time, called ahead to advise he was on his way and took his time explaining what happened and what my options were. I couldn't ask for better service. I was about to attempt this repair myself and he showed me where I was 2 steps away from a painful accident (I did not realize how much tension was on the cable and it would have flown off the door had I tried removing it as planned) He also looked at the other door and showed me that the spring was still working properly and how I can tell when it's time to get it replaced.
