Tommy our technician was courteous, on time, and extremely knowledgeable about the unit. He trouble-shot the problem in about 4 minutes, explained the issue and the options for repair, and had it finished in about an hour. Impressive!! Give that man a raise...but don't raise your prices.

The technicians name was Patrick Stockton. I believe he to be an asset to your company I rate him 5 stars. We just bought this house and are new to this area. We have First American home buyers protection they set up the appointment for us.
