Had a spring break on my garage door, Tommy came out and promptly showed me why the springs were constantly breaking, remedied the problem and ended up installing new pullies, rollers, cables and springs, and now the door works perfectly! Tommy Gatlin came less than 2 hours after called and evaluated and explained the reason for the problems with my garage door. He made suggestions for correcting the problems. He repaired and replaced parts needed and door is working perfectly! Tommy was mannerly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If ever needed, I would certainly request him again.
