Very reasonable price for 2 new garage doors and installation. The demo and install only took about 4 hours and there was no mess or complications. I highly recommend calling them for the free estimate if you are in need of new doors. I would use them for repairs also.

I call Precision because my garage door opener of 20 years quit working. They came out that same day even moving my scheduled appointment up because they were running ahead of schedule. James came out and replaced my garage door opener with a new much quieter one that has an keypad on the outside. He was quick, efficient and professional. The price was right in budget for what I had planned. I love the new features and I was so happy they fixed it the same day! I chose them because of their 5 star ratings and I was not disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone!

Tom was very nice. Immediately he knew what the problem was because he simply had me move a shrub watering container and Shazam; the problem was fixed. He was also very informative.....I'm considering getting a new garage door. He gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Even though I had my hat on with great big letters, e.g., U.S. Air Force Retired, I was never offered a discount. Even though my wife and I both are as gray headed as they come, we were never offered a discount. So, I guess next time I'll be very careful and pay better attention. I called you because I wanted to keep the money close to home. That's why I called your Fountain City number. I got your number out of the yellow pages. There isn't anything in your add in the yellow pages that indicated a 10% discount for MILITARY or a 10% discount for old people.Probably get you a little more activity if you would put those in your add.

Rebuilt the large double size garage door. He arrived on time and had all that was needed in the truck. Replaced rollers & springs. Adjusted the closure of the door and also replaced the weather striping all along the bottom. It is now quiet and works smoothly. Work was done very efficiently and we are very pleased with the results.

The garage door on my newly purchased home needed to be overhauled; since I am new to the area I didn't know who to call so I googled Garage Door Repair. I saw the website for Precision and was impressed by the detail of information. I called before 7:00 AM and the call was answered promptly and courteously by their 24 hour Operator as advertised. The representative scheduled a time within 24 hours (if truth be told they offered to come same day but I was at work). Precision emailed me a confirmation of the appointment, the service tech called 30 minutes before arrival and went right to work. He replaced all the old/damaged parts and the door plus gave me a 5 year warrantee! The garage door is like new! I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Thank you Precision for making my home feel safe again!

I called for gaskets on both doors and to get them inspected. One door had a new spring and brackets, but old rollers. The other door had a spring that was too small and putting a strain on the motor. It also had a crack in one of the pulleys. Tommy put in new gaskets, new rollers on both doors and a new spring and pulley on the one that needed it. He also lubricated the motor screw tracks, making both openers much quieter. I would strongly recommend Precision door and an excellent Job by Tommy who was my technician.

I chose Precision because I have used them before and was satisfied with the professional people and knowledge of my repair needs.
