Technician showed up on time and was very courteous. Decided to purchase new door opener from precision. The chain sprocket on my old machine had broken off. Technician discovered the new unit was stripped of parts. Precision sent techs next day and installed new unit. The only concern I have is that their pricing is on the high side.

My wife and I are occupying my son-in-law and daughters house and caring for their dogs while they are on active duty in the middle east. In this case...instructions from my "kids" would have been appreciated. The labeled instructions on the buttons for operation on the wall mounted garage door operation "pad" are not where they should be. I ended up locking (stopping) the operation of the door in the down position by pushing buttons in combination, individually, one at a time......trying to get the door to operate (open)...... and the long narrow button above all of the other buttons turned out to be a lock/unlock switch depending on which end of the button you push (!). I have never seen such an over-engineered complex and confusing, and in my opinion, wrongly labeled wall operation pad for a simple task as opening a garage door ! ! (Note: Instruction manual for the opener was not to be found). Your technician, Josh Compton, corrected the situation immediately! I will recommend your company to others in the neighborhood if the need for door repair arises.

My garage door had issues with the spring pulley hitting the door which caused the cable to jump off the wall pulley. Josh came buy and quickly resolved the issue, changed the door hardware to the correct type, stronger springs, and a different bracket on the spring pulley, quickly, and now my door works perfectly. the price for all this was good and I was very happy with the whole job. My garage door had a bent door track and wouldn't open. I made a call to Precision Door Co. on Friday at 5:45PM. I was already impressed because I assumed they would be closed for the weekend and I would just leave a message, with my car stuck in the garage till at least Monday. Instead, I spoke with a polite customer service rep, who scheduled an appointment for 11:00 the following Saturday. James came out ahead of schedule and fixed the door track, lubricated the rollers, programmed the exterior code box for the door and then programmed the visor opener in my wife's car. He went above and beyond and the bill was more than reasonable. I will recommend Precision Door Co. to anyone needing garage door repairs. Thank you for your professional service. Happy customer!

Absolutely perfect. I had a return call within 10 minutes of my request. I was contacted no more than 5 or 6 minutes by a service tech and he was here about 30 minutes later. Repairs were made in about 45 minutes Tommy was gone. He cleaned up all his work and all was done for far less than I could have expected. Also , all of this was done on Sat. Evening while the Tn ball game was on !! I could not be more pleased and would recommend you to anyone needing garage work. Thanks a million
