So I didnt get to use Precision to fix my garage because my home builder used a different company. I still want to write a review on my experience. Tommy came by the house and looked at the damage. Three panels had to be replaced or the whole unit. He gave me the estimates for both which allowed me to make an informed decision. He then explained why it may be better to go the people that installed the door because it would look better. And I can tell you I appreciated that because it was the right thing to do. He then let me know if anything else needed to be replaced to call Precision. When its time to have a spring replaced you know who I will be calling. This experience has ensured that I will use this company going forward. Its the little things that make the difference, and you have gained a customer for the future. Thank you.

5 Star rating, would be higher, but you gave no more stars. All my communications with you were handled in a professional manner. The installation of the door was a great teaching lesson in team work. I am a retired engineer, so I was their worst night mare, I watched the whole process, I did keep my mouth shut except for one questions, which was answered to my satisfaction. Each of the two installers had there job to do with very little overlap, no wasted motion or time, no standing around, just got to work and had the task done to my satisfaction. 6 out of 5 Stars - Seriously, Precision Door Service excels in communication from responding to the website inquiry I made, to scheduling a representative and continuing to communicate the scheduled visit. The one difficulty I had, that was minimal was that when I recieved verification of the appointment, it was off by an hour. I replied to the email, but that was not successful. So, I phone first thing during business hours to clarify and it was taken care of. Tom, the representative, arrived early and was kind to phone me so that no one would be concerned about his service truck being there. He was exceptionally kind and very knowledgable of the product. I am not certain I will be able to use your services though due to my particular situation of trying to minimize cost in preparing this house for the market. I really wish I would find an affordable over lay, skin, to apply to my current door, but I now of no one in the area that offers that service. Even though I will not be living in this house, I question the wisdom of installing a metal door in an area that doubles as a basketball court. I must find another option to address my garage door needs. Oh, and might I add that Tom was quick to promote your company when we greeted one another, I told him that I am not used to contractors arriving on time, much less early to an appointment, to which he replied, "But you have never worked with Precision, and we at Precision are known for our punctuality and reliability." Well, I am not certain those were his exact words, but that is pretty close and certainly conveys the intent of his words. Tom has excellent personnel skills, a winsome personality. Again, I want to commend your phone representatives that I have spoken with as well as Tom. All of my communications with them were pleasant and exceeded my expectations. Have a blessed week. Outstanding customer service! Tommy was fast and very professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with my garage door as soon as he looked at it. Professional. Existing opener and parts were several decades old. Representative examined all parts and door explaining what needed to be replaced and what could be safely retained. Recommended replacing the opener, springs (one was clearly sprung), and rollers as all were clearly worn out and need to be brought up to code. Representative only replaced items necessary.

Tom was very nice. Immediately he knew what the problem was because he simply had me move a shrub watering container and Shazam; the problem was fixed. He was also very informative.....I'm considering getting a new garage door. He gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Even though I had my hat on with great big letters, e.g., U.S. Air Force Retired, I was never offered a discount. Even though my wife and I both are as gray headed as they come, we were never offered a discount. So, I guess next time I'll be very careful and pay better attention. I called you because I wanted to keep the money close to home. That's why I called your Fountain City number. I got your number out of the yellow pages. There isn't anything in your add in the yellow pages that indicated a 10% discount for MILITARY or a 10% discount for old people.Probably get you a little more activity if you would put those in your add.

The speed of service was outstanding. My garage door quit opening yesterday (Sunday). I called at 12:50pm today, Monday, and the technician (Tommy) was here before 2:00pm. He explained everything to me and showed me what the problem was. All was said and done in less than an hour. The best service I have received from any place in a very long time. I will absolutely use them again.

Outstanding same day service!!!!!!!!! I was given a 2 hour window. Between 1100-1300- . Tommy gave me a call to let me know when he would arrive and showed up at 1145. Did a great job and was done in about 15 minutes. Precision's success is because they have great technicians!!!! If you need a new garage system or repair. These are your guys. Great job!!!!!!!!

Right from the beginning this was a very good experience, Rachel was very pleasant and appreciative, Great Service. Tommy, our technician, arrived right on time and did a great job he thoroughly explained each step in the process. Tommy is very knowledgeable and professional. The job consisted of replacing the door rod, bearings and hangers, springs, rollers and service. Tommy checked everything out and was finished. Precision Door Service is awesome.

Absolutely perfect. I had a return call within 10 minutes of my request. I was contacted no more than 5 or 6 minutes by a service tech and he was here about 30 minutes later. Repairs were made in about 45 minutes Tommy was gone. He cleaned up all his work and all was done for far less than I could have expected. Also , all of this was done on Sat. Evening while the Tn ball game was on !! I could not be more pleased and would recommend you to anyone needing garage work. Thanks a million

I called for gaskets on both doors and to get them inspected. One door had a new spring and brackets, but old rollers. The other door had a spring that was too small and putting a strain on the motor. It also had a crack in one of the pulleys. Tommy put in new gaskets, new rollers on both doors and a new spring and pulley on the one that needed it. He also lubricated the motor screw tracks, making both openers much quieter. I would strongly recommend Precision door and an excellent Job by Tommy who was my technician.
