I noticed your company due to your truck wrap. I called and two hours later Derick was at our house and arrived on time. Derick reviewed everything with me and then went to work. We have 5 garage doors with openers. One of our openers was bad and Derick replaced it with a new one that he had on the truck. He also inspected all of our doors and reprogrammed our openers. He also programmed my visor control in my truck. I would give you and Derick a “10” rating if I could. Great company and wonderful service. Thank you !

My overhead garage door was not working; it was an old Genie. That this store is open on SAT was wonderful. Their technician, Justin, came and was able to check out if there was any way to save the existing unit. Unfortunately not, as the circuit board was burned out and Genie no longer makes a replacement. Justin was in and out within an hour to remove and replace the unit with a new and quieter Genie. Friendly and excellent! DSmith

We called Precision as they have provided us with services before. They scheduled us for same week, gave us an estimated time frame of arrival. Patrick from Precision Garage Door was professional. He explained what was wrong with the garage door and how it could be repaired. Took him about 45 minutes to complete the job. He waived the $50 trip fee since I had it repaired. New parts are much better than the old. Would and will use Precision again when the time comes. Great company.

Justin came to check my garage opener that was 52 years old and the circuit board was burnt up the belt was in shreds and I had a broke spring. After talking with Justin we decided best to put a new opener and springs and everything else that goes with. Justin had everything completed perfectly and gone in 1 hour very professional and efficient thank you Justin
