We have used Precision Door to keep our garage doors in perfect working order for the past 10 years. We had a cable problem on one of our doors this week and called for an appointment. Joshua Compton arrived that afternoon and the problem was immediately taken care of . This level of attention and professional care is what we've experienced from Precision Door every time we've had a need for help. Put a "Plus" behind the 5 Star Rating above!

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called, spoke to a kind lady and was given an appointment time that afternoon. Michael Hall arrived and quickly replaced the broke spring with a heavier spring and adjusted some brackets to ensure that the door functioned the was it was suppose to. Excellent experience and I now have found a company to assist me in the future with any of my garage door needs!

Extremely satisfied: I didn't expect a same-day appointment, James arrived 2 hours after I called. James assessed my garage door needs and offered a couple solutions. I expected him to schedule a time to come back but was very happy to find out James came to work. He completed the work quickly and now my garage doors are working smooth as butter. Thanks for the great old-fashioned service. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

These guys were hands down amazing! A little back story, I had been trying to reach our normal repair guys since the night before just to find out this morning they couldn't get to us until next week, all the while, my car is stuck in the garage. So that wasn't going to work. Put in calls to 3 other companies and this company came through times 1000. Same day service (I'm talking within a few hours). Our technician, Alex, was phenomenal. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, prompt, courteous... all the qualities you want/need! These guys will definitely be our go-to from now on. I will recommend them to everyone!
