Nobody wants the expense of any part of repairing the Garage Door with the economy the way that it is. Some things you don’t have a choice in. I really didn’t even know who to call but I started checking with several neighbors and they all used Precision. So I called them and I was greeted with a very enthusiastic young lady on the phone and she set me up an appointment an all of this happened within about three hours of the phone call. The representative’s name was Charlie a young guy who was very enthusiastic about his work and his company. He assured me he could get it taken care of quickly and gave me a very fair price. I would certainly recommend Precision but even more so I would recommend Charlie because after all I don’t necessarily do business with companies I do business with people and Charlie is good people. I’m certain that Precision is a good company or Charlie wouldn’t be working for them my neighbors would not have recommended Precision if they weren’t a great company. I wouldn’t be writing this if I didn’t agree.

Chris Pease came to my house today (Sunday) to fix my garage door. I had a little sticker shock about the price but I think everything still costs a couple hundred bucks. Chris understood what I wanted and didn’t push too hard to upsell which I really appreciated. Chris was at my house within 30 minutes of my call for service, did excellent work, and didn’t leave any mess. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences maintaining my home but this wasn’t one of them. A+

I was very pleased with the whole experience. Our door was unreliable in opening and closing, sometimes working with the remote and sometimes not. A technician came out within 3 hours of our call. Maruf was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He changed out our old motor and drive system in less than an hour. He even went beyond to program my car with the remote signal. Top notch service from really nice folks!

Once again, I had a strange problem with my garage door. It would stop going down about a foot away from the bottom and go back up. I did the most common inventory of "what could it be" and nothing helped. I called Precision to have someone come out and check. Trevor arrived within his estimated time and went right to work. In less that an hour, he had fixed the problem and sprayed the rollers and hinges, adjusted the frame on both sides and made sure the door worked properly. What a blessing for his attention to detail and determination to fix this problem. Thank you Trevor!

Had electrical issues with my 28 year old garage door. Made a call to Precision and had a technician, Hunter, at my house in less than 3 hours. He made a quick assessment, prepared me a quote which I approved, made the motor replacement, new belt drive, sensors, installed an outside key pad, inside mounted switch, programmed my two new remotes, lubricated my door springs, and was gone in an hour. I called early on a Friday afternoon not expecting an appointment until Monday. But to my great surprise, they sent out a technician later that afternoon! Terrific! Patrick showed up and he was very personable and knowledgeable. We explained our problems and gave us suggestions of how to get our unit running better and last longer. The service technician replaced a number of parts that were completely unnecessary. These included new springs (the existing springs were just a few years old), rollers, cables, and two 16 foot struts (we already had two 16 foot struts on the door). The total bill was over $1800. I do not plan to use Precision Garage Door Service again.
